The completely equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, and the serene bedrooms are provided with fresh linens for peaceful nights. A functional workspace is also available for business travelers, and the spacious bathroom is adorned with vibrant shower curtains. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with applicable fees. Daytime visitors are welcome but must leave by 10:00 PM. Overnight guests require advance approval. You are responsible for visitor conduct. Mid-stay cleaning is included once per month for 30+ night stays. Extra cleanings are available for a fee. Nestled in Brighton, a neighborhood of Boston, this apartment is situated right beside Boston College. It offers a short walk to Cleveland Circle, Beacon Street, and Comm Avenue, and is walkable to BC. Brighton is accessible via the "B" Branch of the MBTA's Green Line light rail service, with stops along Commonwealth Avenue. Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. No parties, events, gatherings, photo shoots, or commercial use are permitted, with a violation resulting in immediate termination without refund and up to a $1,000 fee. Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including patio, yard, and garage, with a minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages if violated. Unapproved pets will incur a $250 fee plus any cleaning or damage costs. Check-in is at 6:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Unapproved late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour or one additional night. Utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, basic streaming) are included up to 60 days for mid-term stays. Longer stays may have a reasonable usage cap; overages will be billed at cost. Please be mindful with heating and cooling. Report maintenance issues ASAP. Bins and collection days for trash and recycling are listed in the welcome binder. Designated parking spots only. Do not block driveways or neighbors' spaces. Oversized vehicles or trailers require approval. The property is not responsible for vehicle damage or theft. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are installed and tested. Do not disable, remove, or cover them. Tampering will result in immediate termination. External security cameras may be present at entry points for security only. Lock all doors and windows when leaving and overnight. Do not share access codes with anyone not on the reservation. No illegal activity of any kind. Violation results in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to authorities. Use of the property is at your own risk. Adults are responsible for supervising all children in the party. Violation of these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
