Use of the private dock requires advance notice and carries an additional $500 dock fee. Please update your reservation before arrival if you intend to use the dock. A pellet grill is available for guest use, but please bring your own pellets. Located just a short drive from downtown Seattle, you’ll have easy access to dining, shopping, and attractions while still enjoying the peace of lakeside living. This is a strictly non-smoking home, and any evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes or marijuana) will result in a $500 fine. Unreported guests will incur a $50 per day fine. This is a residential neighborhood with a strict no events policy, and violations will result in a $1500 fine. The owner’s boat will remain docked and is strictly off-limits to guests. Acceptance of booking implies acceptance of lake use liability waiver mentioned in house manual. This is a charming older home, not newly renovated, so expect a cozy, well-loved space with unique character and some vintage touches.
