About 103 3rd St SE Washington, DC 20003
Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment available immediately in the historic Foundry Lofts apartment building. The apartment has two entrances - one through a gated front yard that looks out onto Nats Stadium and another through the garage. The master bedroom has incredible natural light, walk-in closets and a connected bathroom. The second bedroom is a lofted room with a full bathroom steps away. All appliances are updated and the leasing office is extremely helpful in dealing with any issues that may arise. The apartment building is located directly between the row of shops and restaurants (including Bluejacket Brewery, Nandos and Petco) and the waterfront restaurants (Osteria Morini, Whaley's, Agua 301 and Ice Cream Jubilee). Just one block further, there's a Vida gym, Harris Teeter and Sweetgreen. The apartment is available through a lease transfer which is set to run through the end of September, with the option to renew. The pet rent and pet deposit were both waived at move-in, so the apartment would be ideal for a couple with a dog!
