The house has a backyard and garden that the owners maintain. Parking is available on the street. No smoking/vaping/incense. No animals allowed. $900 security deposit and 1st-month rent due upon signing of the lease. 6 - 12 month lease available. A little about us... We are a progressive, outdoorsy, environmentally conscious family. We are working professionals and parents so we keep reasonable hours. We have a social black lab mix who gets along with everyone.
