Building amenities include a smoke-free environment, laundry facilities on each floor, an elevator, and free Wi-Fi. Unit amenities include air conditioning, a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kitchenware, and utensils, as well as a washer/dryer, and a TV with streaming service.
