Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $375 per month and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. With a walk score of 91 and a transit score of 96, it is a "rider's paradise." This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival. Arrival instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival, including a navigational application that guides directly to the property. There is a $150 lost key fee. For any stays 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged.
