It’s always so nice inside the lobby. My apartment is also exactly what I needed with in unit washer and dryers and a dishwasher.

Living at Zig Apartments has been a great experience so far. My unit has had some breaker related issues but they were quick to fix. Dawn, the leasing agent, is amazing and super helpful.

Very excellent customer service as well as the leasing agent Dawn and the maintenance team. Community is very quiet and clean. Highly recommended!

I’ve been living here for nearly 5 years and my experience as a resident has always been good. The only things that have been frustrating are the elevators that are down frequently throughout the year, but that’s no fault of the staff as they’re always right on it fixing the problem. Maintenance team is always polite and fast, especially for urgent issues.

Zig offers a reasonable apartment housing plan for new college students seeking to establish their foothold in the city of Seattle, providing the necessary apartment amenities such as a small gym, a lobby common area lounge, a mail room, a package delivery and storage room, a rooftop area with one BBQ grill and some tables, chairs, and a small dog park.

My experience here at zig was very impressive. Our Representatives was Dawn and she handle everything with such excellence with her professionalism. She met every one of our needs and she did everything she said she would do concerning the move in. She was prompt with answering every question and need we had. I would recommend zig apartments to all of my friends and family they would be moving to the area.

ZIG is conveniently located near our daughter's job. Dawn was very helpful in the process of our move in from beginning to end making our out -of -state move less stressful. The staff here has been professional, courteous and helpful to our needs. My family and I have leased two apartments and we feel the sense of community at Zig.

This will be my second year at Zig and I have mostly enjoyed it. Eventually you’ll get used to the noise and the occasional strange experience with people yelling outside at night but the gym is great, the new app system to get into the building is great, the rooftop is great…overall a great place to live

Apartment itself is nice but it’s extremely annoying to have so many cars constantly blocking both the entrance and exit of alleyway at all hours of the day. It would be nice if someone could enforce that

I like living at Zig it convenient for me to get to work. The people that I come in contact with are friendly and polite. I wish we had a sauna here tho.

I recently toured ZIG and was genuinely impressed by the experience. The building is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities and a strong sense of community. The units are bright and well laid out, with updated finishes that make the space feel fresh and welcoming. The location is ideal—close to everything on Capitol Hill while still offering a sense of calm and comfort. Dawn, the leasing agent, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk me through all the details, answer my questions thoroughly, and made me feel truly supported in my housing search. I appreciated the clear communication and transparency, especially as someone preparing for graduate school. I’m excited to call ZIG home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for long-term housing in Seattle.

My move was smooth thanks to Dawn and Chinua. I didn’t get to see the apartment in person before moving in as I came from out of state and did everything online but Dawn noted that and made an effort to send me a video tour of the unit. On the day of my move-in, Chinua toured me around and gave me insights about the community which was very helpful.

Zig is a great pet-friendly apartment option. The units are modern and nice. The only downside is the location is noisy due to the proximity to hospitals.

Zig has been amazing! I was just telling my boyfriend how crazy it is that a simple apartment change can improve someone's quality of life SO much. Amenities like the elevator, parking garage, rooftop, responsive and caring leasing office, affordable rent, gym, and package room are all things that I did not have at my previous complex and would not trade for anything at all ever. Dawn was especially helpful and kind with our move, and I couldn’t thank her enough for that!

Moving to Zig was one of the easiest moves I’ve ever made. Dawn was amazing to work with and kept in great touch with me the whole time. She went above and beyond to make this move as convenient as possible for me and I cannot thank her enough. Zig is also one of the best complexes I’ve ever lived in. It’s always nice and clean with a good vibe, the staff is amazing and communicative, and they stay on top of keeping the building in top shape!

Been living at Zig for little over 3 years now & have had an overall positive experience. Even with the changing staff, everyone has been super helpful/friendly! Requests are always resolved in a timely manner with no complications which is nice. You don’t get that everywhere. Just recently moved to a bigger unit & the process was SO SO easy. Shout out to Dawn & Chinua for being 2 of the most AWESOME people ever & making my residency here memorable & just pleasant in general :)

I moved in a few days ago and have had a great experience so far here! Dawn's been a great help with every question I've had, including prior to completing this cross-country move, always responding in a timely manner so I have the information I need. :) Great rooftop views, speedy elevators, and convenience to many food options are some of my favorite things so far about living here.

I'm happy with the move-in experience and Dawn helped me a lot with my luggage and setting-up process. The apartment is well-maintained and the community is nice.

I've only had a few minor issues that was taken care of in a fashionable time frame. The maintenance group works diligently to get the problem fixed. An the other issue was I've had 2 people to park in my spot now that I've been given the authority to have them towed if it happens again is great. But overall I've really enjoyed living here at Zig.

Been living at zig for a few months now. While my experience has been for the most part great there are somethings that can be fixed. The elevator breaks down every few weeks, the neighbors can sometimes be extremely loud at all times of the night and I think there could be better vetting of potential tenants

I've been living here since November 2020. The feeling of safety has gone down hill and so have the amenities. I never thought for what I pay rent wise here that I would feel unsafe, and the last year I have felt very unsafe that I now have to buy a security camera just for the hallway. The fire pit on the rooftop hasn't worked in the past almost 3 years, and they removed the nice workout bicycle in the dungeon gym, and replaced it with a really old bicycle. The hallways used to be accessible by fob entry only and now some of those entry points have been tempered so much with that they open without need for a fob. The unhoused crisis can happen anywhere and is a major issue in the city of Seattle so I wish they would be more on top of monitoring the security cameras here for safety sake.

I've only recently moved in, but I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience thus far. The community is great. Extremely accessible to get to anywhere I need. Clean and new spaces. Great experience so far.

I really love the location. There are lots of great coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and plenty of places to explore nearby. The rooftop area is very nice with great views of downtown. The building is very clean, safe and secure. The staff are very friendly and management is extremely responsive.

Zig is a perfectly adequate apartment complex, in a good location, for a moderate price.

Zig is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. The team here, especially Michael are the most helpful and friendly people I’ve ever met. They host wonderful events, have many great amenities like hello Alfred, package concierge, security, gym, parking, storage, rooftop deck with dog relief area, etc. One of my favorite parts of living here is my neighbors as well, they are all friendly and genuine which is hard to find in the Seattle freeze.

I'm someone that loves living in the city, and I know the pros and cons that come with that. I love city ambiance and the idea of being surrounded by constant energy, but I also acknowledge that sometimes the city can feel dangerous and uneasy. I feel safe inside of my Zig apartment, and the area gives off a vibe of comfort. I know the staff is doing their best to keep the building clean and keep their tenants happy, and their effort definitely shows. It makes me glad that I chose to stay inside of this apartment, because I can now live in the city without any fear or concern of any nearby danger.

Common areas are always clean. Repairs are made in a timely manner. A bit of noise pollution but nothing that can’t be drowned out with a fan or air purifier

Very simple but very nice and clean with good security, friendly staff, and nice apartments.

Zig has lots to offer. from secured parking and package deliveries to gym and rooftop accessibility. Zig is concenient to restaurants, hospital and schools. it has it’s own mini dog park. love the view.

I like the apartment it suits my needs. I hate hearing the sirens at night when I'm trying to sleep. But over all it's a nice place to live.

All the team is very worm, thoughtful and communicates vary well during the process of renting . It’s usually a stressful process but at Zig the team made it work smoothly until now when I got the keys.

I love living here, other than an awful experience trying to get my lease renewed it’s been great! It wasn’t the fault of the on site team either, they’ve been awesome with everything from basic questions to apartment maintenance.

A shoutout to the leasing office folks: Michael & Asiana. They have made my move very easy and possible. They recently hosted a rooftop party and took care of everone. And Asiana know how to flip a burger haha. All your complaints will be solved ASAP. And they are always available at the leasing office during thier office hours.

Just moved in to a 2 bedroom at Zig a week ago, but my brother has lived here for 3 years. I love the area, Office management has been super helpful and friendly. The layouts of the apartments are great and just general convenience of location is perfect for me. I have been waiting for three years for a larger two bedroom to become available so they are hard to come by. Overall I’m very happy that was able to get in here, and so far my experience has been great.

This entire community doesn’t make sense to me. There are like 4 doors you can exit the community from. But you CANNOT enter through these doors?!? Even with a fob?!? The operations & the way it was designed/built; Very mediocre & inconvenient. The maintenance staff is very unprofessional & unresponsive.

The Zig apartment building is a comfortable building in a nice part of town. It has some grocery outlets and comfort food places nearby, and it feels like a safe place to be. It's biggest downside is its parking, where it's really uncomfortable and compact. Also, because the location is on a hill, it can be inconvenient to return to the apartment if you've gone out for a walk.

I have been here a few years and really enjoy the neighborhood and building. The staff is very responsive and beyond helpful. Noise wise, it's not that bad and you get used to it, the it being living in a city. I don't hear neighbors at all.

Zig is an amazing welcoming community. The management are excellent, and the community is wonderful too. They provide affordable yet very high quality standard of living in one of Seattle’s most popular areas, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to move here.

So far, so good! Michael, the leasing manager helped me tremendously with my application and I’m so grateful for all his hard-work in completing everything right when my lease is up. I was able to move in on time. Janay, the community manager is so friendly and accommodating. She reassures you and tells you what is needed, just need to ask her. They’re all pretty communicative. So that’s awesome. Autumn and Alex, the leasing agents who helped me to get my unit were both awesome and were responsive with answering all my questions whether in person or during the tour. The staff of Zig apartments is rare gem and should be protected at all costs. I have lived on several apartment buildings and the management team are sometimes the worst part of living in them. I really hope I get to stay in this complex for a long time. The building itself is great, location is perfect, and the amenities are top-notch. Couldn’t really ask for more. Thank you, Zig Team!

I love living here, minimum sounds between walls and floors. Don't hear cars driving by, windows shut real nice! Nice amenities and leasing agents!!

Zig is awesome. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I've lived here several years and I love it.

Quiet and clean place. Lack of amenities however and expensive for what it is. Shower head pressures could be better

I'm very happy here at Zig. The common area is nice and staff are helpful. They took the time to find a parking spot that would work for me and are always cordial. My apartment is really nice and the rent is reasonable. I would recommend Zig as a good place to live.
