Worthington is such a different community and I mean in the best way possible. They bring out food trucks, have residential appreciation, lemonade stands, cookouts and a lot more. It feels like I’m living back in college sometimes. It’s definitely a nice place for young adults just coming into their own.

Maintenance is friendly and very helpful and so is the staff. The app is super convenient and makes it easy to make maintenance requests. It’s easy to pay rent through the app as well.

Everything here has been great except for the huge issue of having smoking neighbors that once lived under us. Since they moved out other has really been a pleasant experience, how long that will last is up for grabs depending on who moves in under our apartment.

My small family mainly enjoys our stay for the affordable prices here. It is a decently safe and quiet area, with inevitable noise from WT Harris. The ladies in the office are kind and caring but can sometimes be forgetful and disorganized. You must stay on top of your business. Maintenance is responsive for everyday orders but there are some structural issues all through these buildings. Some cosmetic but some more infrastructure that look concerning. Overall though we like it here.

I would warn any potential residents that the office staff at this complex is consistently unresponsive and discourteous. Despite my 3 years of residency, I have never received a timely reply to my inquiries or been able to reach them by phone. Their lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude is truly disappointing. When attempting to renew my lease and transfer it to another party, I was met with complete silence and subsequently forced to provide a 60-day notice. I strongly advise against considering this place for accommodation.

The one thing I can brag about with my apartment complex is that they are always ready to fix whatever concerns or issues you may have. For example, whatever I put in a maintenance request, no matter what it is, they fix the issue immediately. They’re haven’t been any outstanding issues, but when something does come up, such as I need a change of lightbulb, or something, they fix it the same day typically.

I like it here, I have been living here for a couple of years now. The staff and maintenance people are very friendly and helpful. They keep the property clean, and when you enter a request they respond to it promptly. I don’t like the towing service very well as they towed my vehicle once on accident and were not reasonable to the issue when it came to retrieving my vehicle.

It was a great move in process! My heat wasn’t working at first but it took maintenance all of 30 minutes to call back and respond to the issue and get it fixed. Great first impressions all around!

Apartments are nice and quality for the most part. Can barely hear my neighbors if ever unlike newer builds. Downside is parking is limited, trash is always overflowing and smells terrible in warmer months, and balconies are small and awkwardly placed. But overall I’ve been here 2 years and it’s a good spot.
Worthington Apartments and Townhomes is great place to live and call home. The spacious floor plans in the townhomes is what I love the most.

The hallways need to be cleaned. When I moved in, I had roaches in my apartment. The apartments are spacious. There needs to be more parking.

As we understood pet leasing there are certain types of dogs prohibited, but yet they are seen on the property. Certain parts of the complex grounds aren't kept as well as they once were.

Peaceful, quiet, friendly, family and pet oriented neighborhood. Great for just about anyone who likes nice but simple things. In a convenient location with some shops (restaurants, barber shop, bakery, AAA and I believe a staffing agency) available in the community. Community is also located not to far from the university area where there are restaurants, banks, top golf, gyms, clothing stores, mechanics and lots more.

I have lived here for 5 years. The community is generally quiet and well kept. I like that there are restaurants in the commercial district, and we are very close to I-85. I wish the management would find a new recycling program to replace the one that the city ended. Now we have nowhere to bring our recycling.

Nice location , nice size apartment . The pool is awesome. Gym is pretty good. Parking isn't to bad. Its easy to walk to get food, the apartment itself is not to bad my units a nice size for a one bedroom the kitchen has a lot of space .

I love the inside of my apartment been here for 3 years now the open space concept is great however the trash dumpster is so far from my apt & at times the outside stair case is trashy and it attracts bugs ..
