It is a great area, quiet and welcoming. Cozy apartments nice pool. They are always keeping the grass nice and short. Everything is great. Love it
The property has potential if they get the correct leadership. The gym is always out of order, the pool always opens late (June vs Memorial Day) and closes before Labor Day alway bc of an issue. The front office did not answer the phone, work orders go incomplete for longer than normal periods of time.
The maintenance is horrible. The AC doesn’t work. I put in two tickets. The AC is still at 84 degrees daily. We have 4 fans running daily. It should not take me purchasing fans for this new move in apartment. This should be against property protocol.

I have went months with a kitchen drawer. The staff has limited hours in the office. Gym has only been available for the two months that I have lived here. Roaches scatter everywhere outside at night.

We have been renting here since 2022, and honestly it isn’t the worst place to be however it’s far from the best given the area we are in. We have had purple paint splattered on our blinds from previous tenants no one ever took care of getting us new ones. We have had issue after issue living here from a mold in the 200 buildings, to a main line issue in our kitchen/living room in the new unit we had to move too up front and not having a workable kitchen for 3-4 weeks and now unfinished work in shower. Water leak from upstairs had the ceiling coming down into our tub and it took a week of a work order being open and finally a visit to the office for anything to start getting done. They closed the work order 5/7 and we have been waiting ever since for them to finish fixing it. It’s just one layer of cracked mud and looks horrible. I understand it takes time to fix things but almost a month and we have yet to even see anyone come to finish the job is just ridiculous. We feel we can’t even put in work orders for things that need to be fixed cause it never gets done or it takes 6 months.

Still love the apartment, but maintenance continues to be a problem. They have still not replaced the fan motor on the refrigerator, even though I have put in a maintenance request, emailed the property manager and called the maintenance line. It has been a month. Luckily the refrigerator works, it’s just loud!

I have had several issues with the property from putting in maintenance tickets and not having anything done for months. I still currently have a work order open from September. Also they lost one of my payments and 6 months later added to my rent with out any notification. I contacted my bank and they never received the check for payment. I still haven't received any notification of an outcome. The rent is a lie. They state one price and over charge you for everything. When you try to reach out about anything you never get any responses. We will not be renewing our lease

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. In my opinion tear them down and try again. Maintenance is awful never wants to fix anything unless I threaten a lawyer. The ladies in the leasing office are just down right rude and don’t care about anyone but themselves. I guarantee you her apartment is in top condition.

I have lived here for a while and we love this place. But when there are maintenance issues it gives me high anxiety. Repairs have gone over three and four months and no one comes to fix the issue. Hope things get better.

I love the layout of the apartment. When I moved in it was pretty dirty and I had to spend a lot of time cleaning. Maintenance has been very quick in responding so far - no complaints there. The office staff is nice but they don’t do what they promise they’ll do. I have had to ask multiple times for a new, corrected lease and still don’t have it. Hopefully I can give a better review of the office soon.

I’m a firm believer of “Know before you rent”. I’ve been renting with Woodshire since early 2020 and it has its ups and downs. They are one of the cheaper-ish places in the area and are in a great location, but like all rentals there are quite a few things to watch out for. • Maintenance: Poor and high turnover. Months to get help and they do not always let you know they have been in your apartment. Get a camera!!! Lastly, they do not clean up after themselves. Expect to have to clean up after them. • Pest Control: Poorly run here, so many roaches and other critters. • Front Office staff: A lot of turnover can’t really speak on the new bunch. • Communication o They use text messaging and email for updates of utility shut off to units, upcoming apartment wide exterior maintenance/closure updates, and it appears they are slowly adding more social events back to the calendar. o DOCUMENT EVERY INTERACTION!!!! • Hidden fees (all non-negotiable): o Two different trash fees-one for valet and the general trash expenses. Approximately $63 monthly. o Conservice-used to bill for utilities $5.50 monthly o Pest Control approximately $5 monthly o New since Greystar took over- Common Space Electricity Fee; approximately $4 monthly. You still have your own personal electricity bill for your own unit. • Extras: o Dog Park-Gross--clean up before you let your dog loose o Gym was closed from July-October 2024. o Pool closed July 16 and re-opened in August 9. Was closed nearly all of 2023 season as well for maintenance issues. o In unit Washer/Dryers: does not vent outside of unit. I won’t say don’t rent here, but I will say be cautious and do not expect luxury. TIll my next update/review; hopefully with some positives. Thank you for listening!

Good and quiet neighborhood close to everything including malls, schools and stores. Office staff has been helpful but maintenance is slow wish they would respond quicker.

The maintenance workers are very fast in getting things fixed in the apartment. They are also very friendly and courteous. If there is an emergency, they are very good in getting to our apartment quickly and fixing whatever is wrong.

Almost a month no AC on my unit, carpet smells from when toilet leaked, unit gave leaking water all over carpet in dining area, and finding mold in master bathroom that doesn’t work. Don’t move here will never get anything fixed. Staff and maintenance both sucks! Would give zero stars if I could!

I have nothing good to say about woodshire besides the guy who handles the leases in the front. Other than that this place has been horrible. I am debating calling a lawyer to take a lawsuit against woodshire. I haven’t had AC in 11 months. It’s ridiculous

Living in Woodshire is quiet, there are also many places nearby that give you the ease of getting things without having to run a long distance, I would change the fact that the maintenance staff, although they are very friendly, they don't really fix things for you, they leave everything halfway.

Woodshire gets an A for effort but an F for execution. Get the wallet out and spend some money on your residents. Not having a working AC unit is grounds to terminate a lease. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. 0 out of 5 stars.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in the office for anything, because they close early or just don’t show up. No one answers the phone, answers emails, and especially no call backs. I honestly don’t know why they even have a leasing office if it’s never open? When I’m finally able to talk to someone; they are rude, short, and just don’t care what you have to say. It’s almost like actually doing their job is too much work for them to handle. Absolutely do NOT recommend this place.

Do not move here! The people in the office are very rude. There is mold in my apartment, my AC does not work and my hot water goes out every other week. With all these problems going on, there has not been apologies from management or any credits given… Absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Would not recommend moving here me and my husband thought we would love it here but it’s been a month since they haven’t fixed any of our maintenance issues with the was machine not working making it our major issue since we have to go to a laundromat and waste money the people in the office don’t answer the phones or email back

As we discussed on the telephone, we have unfortunately been operating on a skeleton crew as the workforce has been tough to recruit as skilled trades are dwindling :( This is sadly a common issue in our industry and we are working diligently to overcome. Your wd is scheduled to be serviced this week and I hope that the concession given will help with the added cost and inconvenience for having to use the laundromat. Thank you again for your patience. I do hope that we can continue to build your trust and turn that 1 star into a 5 in no time.
Maintenance service is horrible, the front staff is as well. I have submitted multiple maintenance request as well as pics with zero response. The only time I received any assistance is when I put in for an emergency. The maintenance man had a very bad attitude when he conducted the maintenance. On the 19th when they did the inspection they banged on my door. As I was walking towards the door I could hear the maintenance man complaining about residents stating that we always complaining about the maintenance, and when they show up we are never here. I don’t appreciate that at all. My lease is up in Mar of 2024 I can’t wait to move out and never look back.

I am so pleased with the service I have received so far. The manager reached out to me prior to my move in to tell me that she didnt LOVE the unit and wanted more time to make it right, she explained that she understood the importance of not being able to get back a poor first impression and I appreciated her letting me know. I told her that I really couldnt push back my date so whatever wasn't done, they could just take care of after I moved in. However to my surprise the place was imaculate. Very Clean, new flooring and I do not see anything needing to be taken care of. I do LOVE the place. Thank you Ms Sara for taking the time to be sure the apartment would feel like home for me.

I’d recommend a tent in the woods before I recommended Woodshire apartments. At least no one will lie to you in the woods like the staff does here.
