Property Ratings at Windsor Meridian
Windsor Meridian has been my favorite apartment complex I have rented through. I have lived in two different units and have stayed in a total of three. The floor plans are great, and it’s in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. The maintenance team is also superb, usually getting back to you and fixing the issue within a day. The meridian staff and leasing consultants are also super nice and cordial. Meridian also has the nicest amenities I’ve seen in an apartment complex. The main clubhouse is very up-to-date along with the gym, and the two pools are maintained very well. While the rent is on the higher side, the trade-off to be in a nice area and have a higher quality apartment is worth it my opinion, especially if you’re splitting rent with someone. However, there are some issues I’ve experienced, like most apartments have. Parking can be an issue if you work a regular 9 to 5. Usually by 5 PM there are no close parking spots so you’ll have to park on the street, which could also be full on parking. I get home at 3PM and have never had issues with parking. The quality of your apartment upon move in can also very drastically, my first apartment I moved into at Meridian I had almost no issues with. However my current apartment seems to have less of quality job done, with a lot of paint issues and things missing like the silverware holder for the dish washer. This quality of job was also reflected in my mailbox and storage unit locks not being changed at the start of my lease (as well as there being items in the storage unit from the previous owners which were not thrown away). These are the worst issues I’ve had living here, which overall I think is pretty good and were most of the time one off situations. I loved living at Meridian and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a quiet safe place with great amenities.
I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent. I had some unique circumstances and she was so understanding and continued to work with us and the property to make dreams happen.

I love living here — the wood floors are beautiful, the in-unit washer and dryer make life so convenient, and the calm, welcoming atmosphere is a joy to come home to. The garage is a huge plus, and I’m excited about potential upgrades like a cozier, better-organized mail room and maybe even a shared outdoor space with a fireplace for neighbors to enjoy together.

Worst place I’ve lived so far. And I’ve lived everywhere from LA, ATL, Chicago, Austin and 6 places around south Denver. LOTS of lying and laziness from people on high horses. Been here 2 days CANT WAIT to move.
Newly renovated in most areas with attached garage
I really enjoy living here! For the price point being pretty reasonable, the community and units have a truly luxurious feel. The renovations and finishes are modern and classy, despite being an older property it feels fresh and new! Lots of open space, white walls, high ceilings and natural light. I toured nearly 15 properties before seeing Windsor Meridian and I was sold immediately on my unit. No contest really, after so many tours of dark walls and dark cabinets, small rooms and cramped layouts. This place stands out!

Do not rent here as of 6/12/25. Office staff treated me poorly. My apartment has an ongoing problem with the ac unit. Packages may be left unsecured and in the open for tampering rather than in a locker or the un openable package room. Don’t expect to be taken seriously.

We have lived in our apartment for 3 1/2 years and are comfortable here. Due to the length of our stay though and the fact that the apartment had not been refurbished prior to us moving in, the place is showing its age now.

The unit is beautiful, it’s quiet for the most part. I just don’t like bugs. An I feel like that should be on that more before having someone move in. Also there should be cameras of some sort for theft.

Don’t waste your money, the apartments are not inspected properly before you move in. It’s like pulling teeth to get maintenance to do anything. Also when you leave a message at the front desk, they won’t call you back, so you have to continually call until you get a person, still won’t be able to help you.

With the price we pay, there should be cameras for security and the pool should be open longer. Water use on grounds is high and grass is mushy. Otherwise it's great. I rated it a 5 b/c the rent is so high and the people in the community can be very rude. Staff are all nice.

I’ve only lived here for a month but it’s been a great experience. Everyone in the front office has been available and helpful, especially Tiffany who helped me with my tour and application process. She, as well as many others, have answered many questions I’ve had promptly. Everyone is friendly. Maintenance is responsive and helpful as well. If you don’t mind being a distance from the city, it’s a fantastic place to live with a solid deal on rent. Very satisfied so far.

I was somewhat skeptical when initially choosing Windsor Meridian, primarily due to the price point and what you receive at that price point. I must say That my skepticism was not validated. I highly enjoy living in this community so far and look forward to coming home in a daily basis, knowing it is at Windsor Meridian.
Our move in transition was super quick and easy. We did not have any issues with any of the moving in process aside from the water heater leaking (that was replaced while we were moving in). Everyone has been over the top friendly and very nice to us.
I rented a two bedroom apartment on late November 2023 to move on January 11 2024. I had asked if a larger 2 bedroom became available I would like to rent it. I was abroad and was told that a larger apartment would be available on the date I had requested, so I agreed and signed the lease agreement without seeing the place. I arrived back to Denver on the 10th of January came over payed the rent and come back on the 11th. to move in. When I come to the apartment I noticed the the refrigerator was all scratched and full of dings, not a piece of a "Newly Renovated Apartment"as the sign says. Tried to have a different one to replace but was told that it was not possible. Needles to day I was and am not happy with the situation.
This is the best maintenance crew I have even known. Everything about this complex is first class

I can't say enough nice things about the management team and the maintenance team! It really is a combined effort to make our experience the best it could be! Shoutout to Arturo and the whole maintenance team for their hard work!
Dealing with there maintenance staff can be difficult. Other wise it's a pretty ok place to live.
Any and all troubles I have had were addressed promptly and with compassion. It is a quiet, clean, and friendly community.
We are extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail the maintenance staff provides. Arturo goes above and beyond every time we interact with him and was aware we were in a bind and came to support us immediately.

Windsor maintenance makes everything so easy when something dosent go correctly. They always have a solution.

I've lived at Windsor at Meridian for 3 years now and it is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and I have rented most of my life. The maintenance work is always done in a timely manner and the maintenance people have always been friendly and very respectful , like offering to take their shoes off before they enter the apartment. They also usually ask whether there is anything else they can help with besides the work order. When my lease comes up for renewal I usually check around for a possible new apartment but wind up renewing which is what I am doing this month actually. The whole staff here is amazing. They have all been so good to me!

Very good place at good price. Maintenance works very fast and does a great job. Leasing office staff very nice.
The unit was poorly prepared. Dirty floor, poor paint job (splashes and bubbling and sticking to other objects), broken features.
Ross was courteous, informative and quick with solving the problem. I've been living here for 5 years and Ross is not the only employee that has been courteous and helpful. The propery is well maintained. Staff are polite.
