Windsor at Meadow Hills is a great community to live in. The staff is SUPER helpful in dealing with any and all issues that may arise.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and made the full experience stress free. Property and apartments well maintained.
I enjoy the friendliness of this community, from the staff to the residents. Has been a perfect location for school, to access the city or to get on the train. I have been here for 7 years and really do not want to ever leave. :)

Property is well maintained, maintenance is quick to respond, friendly staff. Leasing procedure lacked some communication but quickly solved it through numerous phone calls and visits to the clubhouse.
The office staff is great and so are the maintenance people. Repairs are always done quickly and efficiently. Our apartment is in a great location within the complex -- next to trees and a nice walking trail.
Everything is great except the parking situation to get a decent parking spot you have to buy a garage or carport sometimes I even have to park outside the gate
These apartments are beautiful and the layout is great. The walls are a little thin so we can hear our upstairs neighbors a lot of the time but other than that, no other issues. Maintenance staff are amazing and the office is also always very friendly and helpful. I love the little treats that they give out at different holidays, super cute!
Adding to the commendations for the management, would be great kudos to the maintenance staff. Quick response, helpful, professional, and friendly. We are very happy here at Windsor.
Housing is okay, not kept up well. Managemant doesn’t care one bit about the existing residents, only care about potential renters. They don’t keep up the property and take forever to get anything fixed. Don’t rent here, go somewhere else.

The office staff and maintenance staff were both quick to respond to our issue and we really appreciate it.
I've been genuinely pleased with my stay here thus far. The maintenance is first class, the appliances are brand new and the rent is reasonable for the convenience/location. I've not had a chance to use the extra facilities lately due to the CoVid- but I do remember the pool and hot tub were classy. However, better get home before 5. Otwise parking is a crisis.
Great place to live, very safe and welcoming, amazing Staff, location is very convenient, everything you need is less then 5 to 10 min drive. Very clean. Maintenance crew is great and fast. It's a little pricey but for everything that's included it's worth it. All in All it's a great place to live.
The staff, both administrative and maintenance, are very professional and capable. The grounds and apartments are well maintained and promptly repaired when necessary.
Calling Windsor at Meadow Hills a Luxury apartment complex is a huge overstatement. The hole experience with moving in and leasing office was a disaster. The property manager and staff are apathetic and not helpful at all. My move in date was changed, which cost me a lot of extra cash for hotel, car rental, food etc. And the property manager did not even care and met us very dry and with cocky attitude. That is not a luxury service or to be honest No hospitality at all. Day after we moved in we were stock at the gate because our access code was not set up even though we were assured that we are all set. Apartment is extremely cold. Drops down to 61 degree according to thermostat and takes forever to hit up and gets cold back super fast, which again is extra expense for electricity and gas. Appliances are mediocre, again nothing luxurious, and the bathroom is very outdated. The leaving room blinds are dirty, dusty and with oil fingerprints, the carpet was done poorly, I had to pool out 3 nails that were sticking out off the floor (it is a hazard).

brittany at the management seems to have an attitude everythime I have a question. The apartments itself is very poor i disagree with the word luxury from the appliances i recieved the microwave was broken the freezer handle was also broken there seem to be a black residue from tape all over the apartment. This community is very poorly managed and is definitely not worth the asking price especially with similar spaces in denver I am already looking at my next place as this one did not deliver
My husband, grandson, and I love it here at Windsor! Because of the pandemic, my grandson and I stay in the apartment a lot! It is SO nice to have this beautiful apartment! I don't mind being inside or on our first floor patio all the time, because this apartment is so pretty!
Windsor is a unique community. Resident concerns are addressed in a timely manner and the community is kept up with regular maintenance and improvements. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unlike other communities, Windsor identifies an issue and works to improve experiences for all residents. Safety and security is of utmost importance. Windsor is a great community!
I would like to thank the manager Brittany, her staff, and maintenance They are all very professional and go out of their way to make windsor a safe well maintained place to live. On a sad note there should be more than one trash and recycling area for the size of families that live here If not then trash needs to be cleared more than once. Otherwise all is ok I would like to especially thank Brittany ( manager) for her help in getting a overhead light for my car port it was greatly appreciated, ..thank you Respectfully Lida
When I first moved in I loved the landscaping of the beautiful flowers and the manicure of the premises. Everything is clean and well maintenance I would recommend family & friends.
I have been living in that comunity for 10 years I like that place a lot ,but there are a lot of things that have changed for example the property it is not cleaned ,the maintenance it takes 24 hrs or 48 hrs for something to be fixed.The snow it is not cleaned in the sidewalks ,or main entrance of the buildings.
I've only been here a short period of time but so far everything is great! The neighbors are kind and I'm definitely comfortable.
The complex is kept up nicely. Wish there was more flowering bushes or plants in the back area where we live. It would make our experience back where we live m ore enjoyable
Ricardo always comes prepared to correct the issue noted and works fast with a minimum of intrusion, He is courteous and has a real customer service attitude.
Too many dogs and all that comes with them. Parking is a competition. Central trash location is inconvenient. Floor finishing in apartment is done poorly. Bathtub sinks when I get in to shower, so caulkng separates from tiles. People just don't follow the rules. Like all metro area apartments - expensive to live here.
We love living here! The staff are professional, helpful and dedicated. The Maintenance Team do such a great job, too! The property is well maintained.
I like it here a lot. I've been here 2.5 years, and I'd like to continue staying here for a while longer. I like my apartment, the neighborhood, the management and maintenance team, and the grounds. It's a good place, usually quiet, and I've had very little trouble here.
I feel some concerns I related were not delt with properly. But overall I am satisfied, happy with the staff and conditions here.
Lovely property and easy to make into your own home, water pressure is not great, and unless you pay for parking parking can be a pain but otherwise amazing!

Unfortunately, I have been let down by the quality of the place I was leased. Extremely dirty unit that I am still cleaning after 3 weeks. I have had over 8 maintaince calls, which means an issue arises almost every other day. Leaking ceiling. No air, no heat, washing machine not working for the first 5 days, dishwasher flooding, no hot water throughout unit, no water to my main bath tub. Most this fo not work correctly or at all in my unit until it's fixed. I hope things improve, I was genuinely excited to move in, and I've been extremely let down thus far.
Been living here since January 2019, everything has been superb to include each time I have an issue and I have to talk to the leasing office. Always given straightforward answers by the leasing office. Location is extremely convenient as well. Only issue I do have (and its not a major one more of just an inconvenience at times) is that the parking spaces fill up fast at night and I sometimes (about once a week) have to park farther away from my apartment then walk a little bit longer home.
The maintenance team is always super professional and knowledgeable.

We moved from an apartment in Windsor to another apartment in a different location with more living space in Windsor. It makes a big difference where you live in this complex. We became displeased with our 1st location so we moved. Our new location in Windsor is SO much better! It faces the walking trail with beautiful trees instead of a parking lot. It's also much quieter and we love the additional space. Good neighbors here.

Otra cosa es un lugar súper limpio siempre( Solo una cosa mala y es que los inquilinos con animales usualmente no les gusta recoger la popo de sus perros bueno en el edificio donde yo estoy) pero entro todo es un excelente lugar para vivir.

We ended up being out of town for a total of 3 weeks - on week two, we called to ask maintenance to stop by and make sure our apartment was in good condition (this was a service offered so we wanted to take advantage of it). Our maintenance not only came by after a few hours, they called and left us a two minute voicemail on everything they checked. They shut our shades completely, checked for leaks or issues within, and even saw our plants were wilting and gave them a little water. Amazing service, over the top, excellent communication. Thanks!
Constant issues in the apartment, wasnt clean my daughters feet and clothes from the carpets since move in turn black. Constant bugs and no walk through.
My boyfriend and I have lived in our apartment for one month now and we love it. When we moved in our gate code didn't work for two days but we were immediately given another code to use until it got fixed and that's been our only issue! Our budget was very strict so we are extremely happy with the quality of our new home with an affordable price. Being new, I have had several questions and the staff is always very patient and quick to respond which I greatly appreciate. The community is very clean and quiet and I feel safe living here. It is also very nice being in close proximity to various stores and Cherry Creek State Park. I would highly recommend living here!

After our first month we are very happy here at Windsor, so far the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the quality of the apartment is very nice. Brittany our leasing agent was very friendly and helpful through the whole process.

The apartment is gorgeous, all the amenities work great and everything was spotless upon move in. The grounds are beautifully maintained, as are the buildings. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall I couldn't be happier with my choice to live in the Windsor at Meadow Hills complex.
