Management is not the best at the apartment lease office. They only care about new residents and not current residents. I called about a concern about my animals and coming in to my apartment unannounced and never received a call back or an email back. Very disappointed and frustrated with management. Advertised as a pet friendly environment in reality it seems like they care less, making it not pet friendly at all.

Spacious, close to public transportation and grocery/food/services/freeway, back units are private with lots of bird activity, I'm sure the year round heated pool is lovely though I have not been able to use it yet to confirm (understandable with COVID-19), Amazon Locker access, kitchen storage space and pantry are awesome.

Maintenance is responsive and professional, but there seems to be some communication issues between management and the maintenance team.
I would recommend to family & friends. Because the maintenance people come on time and get the work done

Granted we haven't been here long yet, but move-in was easy, the pricing is reasonable for the area and amenities, management seems to have good plans for the community, the staff have all been helpful and friendly, the front door (at least to our unit) seems much nicer and more securely built than other places we've lived (can't see daylight or lock mechanisms through the edge for once!), unit seems decently insulated for temp and sound all things considered, the flue in the fireplace actually CLOSES and stays SHUT (something else we've struggled to find elsewhere) which means we're hopeful we won't have neighbor fire smoke always in our unit, there's lots of wonderful grass and trees inside the complex, ground floor units are actually ground-floor and don't always need stairs going down, the floorplans are interesting instead of just hospital-colored people-boxes, the 2-bed kitchen is a good size with a real pantry closet, the mail lockers for packages are an AMAZING touch that we LOVE, and I'm specifically so excited for when this virus mess is under control and we can finally visit that gorgeous year-round pool I've searched so hard to find in our price range... We've lots of reasons to be hopeful and happy about this move, and I've already recommended a few friends take a look as well.
The pricing is WAY too high but the newly renovated apartments are nice.
I can't think of anything I wouldn't recommend, but as someone who moved here from a warmer climate I'm unbelievably excited to be comfortable swimming again!!

I really liked it! The pool in particular was great - so often they're not heated and only usable like a month of the year.

The gym could be a lot better. But for the size it is okay. There'??s random mold in certain places that we have to actively clean so it doesn'??t become a bigger issue. Does the complex have mold treatment services?

Truly horrible parking situation. Anytime friends or family came to stay with us they could not find parking. People did not want to stay with us because it became so challenging to find parking. Would recommend based on excellent maintenance head - he was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about how to fix issues. The apartment was also a very clean place with good space and light. We enjoyed living there.

I would reccomend because the staff are very friendly and the floorplans are fairly nice. Its a bit expensive and the crime with car breakins are worrying, but if they're willing to risk it, I'd reccomend it.

Moisture retention causes mold to constantly grow in windows whether left open or closed. The insulation probably needs work, but other than that health hazard it's a good affordable place.

Me and my family have been living here for a couple of months. There is one huge factor that makes this place horrible, THE PARKING! If you have more then one car you are screwed. There is literally no parking available after 7pm and the management always shrugs it off. People have to park their cars on the fire lanes because there is no parking on literally the WHOLE apartment complex. The worst part about it is that when there is literally no other option then to park on the fire lanes (that are everywhere there isn't an assigned parking spot) they WILL tow you I've seen 4 cars towed in one night it's horrible! This is everyone's complaint that lives here and management doesn't want to do anything about it!

It's a great location, with several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Also, the layout of the 1 bedrooms provide a lot of kitchen space, so it is far better for those who like to cook than the typical galley kitchens
I've already recommended this community to friends and one has moved in. Great staff here. Well kept. Safe family vibe.
Friendly staff who seemed to genuinely care about the service they were giving and were knowledgeable about the community.
I would recommend the apartment living because of the friendly and professional office and maintenance staff that responds immediately to request made to make the living experience here a quality and favorable experience. I hear this from all other tenants I have visited with on the property.
I am dissatisfied with the way the parking situation is going. The other day I got a sticker placed on my driver's side window stating I needed to move my parking pass from inside my car to the outside of the rear window. I did that. But the sticker the parking attendant put on my car is not coming off completely and it blocks my view of cars from my side view mirror. This sticker has made driving unsafe especially where it was placed. It will take time to completely remove the sticker so I can safely drive. I would ask that if anything else needs to be addressed that you do not put stickers on my car.

Friendly staff that make me feel they care for us, location, maintain affordable rates compare to other communities.
Its very close to freeways, and shopping for living needs, as well as the water and downtown Kirkland, relatively quiet community the year round pool is a great plus. downsides are that parking is still a slight issue, sometimes hard to get in and out of the lot because 124th is such a busy road. WSG is not included in price and rent is often $100-150 more than advertised, just FYI for when shopping around

Value for community area was fine but living on the nataL belt caused many issues. Mold was a common concern from the moisture buildup, concrete floors (living on the ground floor) was always a year cold and damp.

This is a very good apartment complex that is well maintained with a responsive office staff. I never had any issues while staying here for the past 2.5 years

There is a lot of un picked up dog waste all over the property which gets on paws and people's shoes . I do realize that's it's the owners responsibility but something need to be done . It's a health hazard also .

It is close to everything. The pool and spa is nice. We like our neighbors. The staff is friendly and helpful.
