Property Ratings at Windsor by the Galleria
My apartment itself is nice and the surrounding area is decent and quiet. The cons - MANAGEMENT (they are very lackadaisical). If you go into the office they are very nice and appear to be helpful but it is all a façade. They don't answer the phone, take days to reply to emails and the property is not well managed. Huge safety issues --> garage gates are broken, most of the doors to enter the building are broken so anyone on the street can come in and the trash rooms are always filled. The common spaces are half managed (some days ok, some days filthy). And packages are frequently "lost" because packages get left on the floor in the package room and many of the package lockers (which we pay an amenity fee for) are broken. The property has the potential to be great/amazing with the right management but is currently not being managed well

We leased a spacious corner unit for 14 months, and I have to say, it was a WONDERFUL experience! It's a beautiful building, and it is extremely well managed property, in particular given the professionalism of the staff led by Taylor. I give this a 5 star (5 out of 5) ranking and as a suggestion to anyone looking to relocate to Dallas. My husband traveled out of the country for work on a regular basis and I always felt safe in his absence.
I moved in 2020 during COVID-19. The management team has improved quite a bit since I moved in. The amenities are great, although the pool is never clean. The apartment has a hard time keeping the hallways clean/untrashed. The valet trash company they hired are never consistent with time. Lastly, the parking situation at this place is TERRRIBLE. If you want to invite friends over, GOOD LUCK. There is no parking anywhere unless you want them to park at the Target next door. They say the first floor is for "visitors only," but they also let residents reserve spots there? The parking garage is a nightmare. There is never any room (if you don't pay $50 for a reserved spot. If you make it home after 10pm, better put your hiking shoes on because you're going to be parking on the roof. The road on the backside of the apartment (Bryce Street) is always getting ticketed. And the front side (James Temple) is lined up all the way down to almost Montfort.

I would absolutely recommend this community! Management and maintenance are very efficient. The amenities and overall package make it very attractive for residents.
I love my new home! Kayla was amazing Id definitely recommend this complex to a friend.
For a luxury apartment I feel the pricing is ridiculous because the floor plans are extremely tiny! Also the residence gates are always open to public so its unsafe! Any one can get in which Ive seen several times & have had issues with vandalism due to this. The management is actually great here but everything else isnt. The locations in the middle of a good & bad area so Im not a fan of the location. The amenities are great especially the pool is beautiful but event wise we dont have any that would allow residents to meet & mingle. I just dont think this is a good choice for anyone new to the area & I wouldnt renew my lease here at all.
Management/ staff never in force rules regarding building being a none smoking residential building, main elevator is never clean, hallway carpet is spotted from animal urinating and defecating, 5th floor garage entrance door have been reported several times by several residents/my neighbors for being broken.
Our stay at Windsor Galleria Maintenance has been great it is always clean and quiet staff is very friendly and always have a smile. We would definitely recommend Windsor By The Galleria

My experience has been really good so far. Staff and amenities are amazing.
Pricilla is so hard to get a hold of, it has not been one time but multiple times. Never calls back never returns emails. I had someone vandalize my door and it took a long time to even hear back and then once you finally talk to her she acts like she didnt know she was suppose to call you back. Then i wanted to speak to her about move out policy and same thing i had to keep calling once i finally spoke to her she said oh i didnt know i was Suppose to suppose call you!!she talks to you with a Condescending attitute yes she can try to sound as nice as she can on the phone but is not in a nice way. Im glad im moving on
High level apartments with almost new amenities with excellent garden and pick up garbage service. The parking can be a little bit challenge (many reserves spots) which also make invited guest to your place not recommended. Generally, the place and atmosphere are great and we highly recommended it.
A lot of the things are broken. The trash room is horrendous... I wont be living here again unfortunately
So far I've had a lovely experience with management, maintenance, and the overall neighborhood. The apartment was super clean, aesthetically pleasing, and very quiet which is important to me. There was a slight mixup with my apartment upon move-in because my particular model didn't have a balcony. Management has been helpful and I will be receiving the first available apartment with a balcony. I would recommend this community to everyone.
Some common areas could be cleaner, but it has nice amenities and staff.
The management team and overall maintenance team are top notch and reply on a timely basis. My experience with them is excellent.

I submitted a request to clean up pet waste left outside of my balcony. The request was closed the same day, and yet no work was done.
Its been a month since I started living here and it has been pretty good so far.
My wife and I truly like our new apartment, very nice, clean, and good higher than average appliances. The staff and maintenance have always been wonderful and helpful.

The maintenance team is always so friendly, quick, professional, and personable. They take great care in keeping the property looking nice and it shows.
We like Windsor. The staff is proactive and communicative. Our only struggles have been receiving packages. We frequently have packages that aren't delivered correctly, are left outside on the sidewalk and grow a pair of legs and walk off, or just have to be re-delivered or replaced.
Moved here a few months ago for the great location. I am walking distance from everything I need. The units are modern and still like new. The gym is never too crowded with plenty of workout equipment and has 2 floors with a view of the large pool area. Jordan and the entire management and maintenance staff have been wonderful!
I am grateful for how the management team has worked with me during this unpredictable time for all. One less anxiety taken off my list! In my 2 years here,both Cassidy and Lara have always been super helpful and kind whenever I had questions or needed help.Thank You so much!

Overall good experience so far. We got a welcome package on our moving day including champagne which was very kind. The only inconvenience we had on our moving day was that the freight elevator was very far from our unit and it took about an hour just to figure where to go. Thankfully someone from the office finally helped us to find directions and figure how to use the remote keys on some of the doors. It could have been avoided though if the office would have guided us or had shared the property map with us in advance. Other than that everything else has been good experience and no specific issues. Thank you
Very professional and friendly staff
My experience at Windsor by the Galleria has exceeded my expectations by far. All of the office staff have been easy to contact whenever Ive needed help with internet installation or any other concerns. The maintenance staff have been friendly and present for emergencies even when I feel like the timing couldnt be worse. Alfonso is always happy to help and makes the apartment feel like a community. Jordan was wonderful and helped us review and sign our lease. She also provided floor plans and measurements to us by email before our move in. When I had an issue with my bank account, she reached out to let me know and provided some guidance to resolve the problem. I honestly could not be happier with how our move-in was handled and with the support weve received.
One of my favorite things at Windsor Galleria is the maintenance team. They are super responsive, efficient, and really friendly. From the cleaning crew that you see constantly maintaining the building and common areas, to the repair team that enters your apartment. I can't say enough good things about them!
1. My good neighbor and I have reported on several occasions trash being set out others door during off hours for pickup and not in the provided container...2. Pets seem way over the weight limit..3. Trash left in parking garage due to misinformed residents on the trash bin..4. Occasionally loud music after hours..5. Speeding in the parking lot..6. Street entry gates left opened during office business hours..
The Windsor by the galleria management is the most professional staff I've had the pleasure of renting an apartment from. I feel safe and cared for in this community and definitely plan on renewing because my quality of living is definitely met here. Not only do I feel like I'm getting exactly what I pay for but I have a management group that makes me feel safe, welcome, and quickly addresses problems. Whenever I have a maintenance issue or question, I am helped immediately. Thank you again for everything you do for the community. Keep up the great work!
Really enjoy this place. Management and maintenance are always super helpful and most live on the property, so they know what is going on in the community and are connected with the residents. Beautiful units and got a good deal on the rent.
The office and maintenance team here are amazing. Even in the midst of COVID drama, they immediately responded to my email and maintenance arrived within 2 hours of putting in the repair request. We left the apartment to let them work and Doug repaired our issue and even fixed something else on his way out that I completely forgot to tell them was broken. Amazing! Thank you all so much.
