It’s a wonderful community but it’s very expensive. The rent is an average price but once you add in the extra fees of trash, water, sewer you are paying at least $300 more on top of your rent

It’s a nice place to call home, I enjoy my unit. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. Mark, Jeffrey and Juan do a good Job. The leasing office is very friendly and helpful. I'm very happy to reside at Windshire. There is only one thing I don't like, but it's not Windshire's fault: It would be greatly appreciated if dog owners who live in this complex would clean up after their dogs.

I’ve enjoyed living at Windshire so far! The grounds stay extremely clean and everything is very convenient. The gym has some of everything, there are enough parking spaces for residents and guests, and the management team are always very helpful.

Love it here. Maintenance is quick to respond when needed, which hasn’t been often. Neighbors are quiet & my unit has lots of space. I’m moving out soon, but truly wish I could stay! Wish there were 1 bedroom units!
Some issues with the apartment upon moving in (pipe burst, floor is coming up), but the front team, especially Melanie, is very responsive. Lots of dog poop stations!

Windshire office staff is courteous and grounds are maintained. Very comfortable and cozy! Pool and gym areas are convenient and nice. Close to many shopping areas and local stores.

It's a nice place where to live. The property is well maintained, (except the dog poop that is everywhere. It's not their (Windshire) fault. The fault lies with the people who live there). Maintenance guys are good workers, and always with a handwave from the vehicle they are in. The management is great as well.

So far it's been ok. Not sure how the water bill works all know is it has to be building divided by apartments rented because I usually only use the bathroom here and shower after workouts at work yet I still owe 50 or 60 bucks for water usage when I'm hardly home. Other than that it hasn't been bad

I like living here! The grounds & building are kept beautiful and clean. My favorite things about my apartment is that I get so much sunlight & I also get to see the sunset everyday from the Den. The location is convenient, there are a lot of places to walk and shop.

I absolutely love living here. The management and maintenance staff members are super friendly, polite, understanding, and professional. They don’t speak to you like an annoying tenant, they treat us like friends. The location is PERFECT in regards to local shopping. The only 2 things I am disappointed about, is the pool only being 4ft deep. And the second issue, is the residents here always leave the gas grills on, so the gas is always empty. I had my entire family over for a BBQ after confirming the grills would have gas the day before, and then I ended up moving the party to my apartment kitchen lol. No big deal really though on those 2 issues, although a deeper pool would be amazing ?? Thank you guys for everything. I plan to stay here until I buy a home of my own maybe a few years down the road.

I’ve lived here a year and am pleased. The apartment is spacious and I adore the fireplace. Grounds are kept up well and maintenance attentive. The only drawback for me is the upkeep of the hallway. I’d be nice if the weekly cleaner did a little more to keep it looking nice. There’s lots of marks on the walls from people moving in and out.

Minus the few issues, I’ve had with people parking in my spot, it a nice quiet community. Apartments are nice size, any issue we had maintenance has been there to fix them with in 2 days. One upgrade they can use or another trash location, and had the dumpster dumped more often, same with the recycling spot

Management staff seems to not care about resident concerns or questions while rent continue to go up. Have been ignored multiple times and have been treated with attitude when bringing certain things to their attention.

Quiet and nice community. The only issue I have is that the recycling dumpster is constantly full and overflowing. It really needs to be emptied weekly. Otherwise I don't really have anything to complain about.

Living here is stressful- seriously search around other options before considering moving here. Apartments and hallways are dirty, smelly, dead mice and mouse poop everywhere. Appliances breaking a lot. It’s super hard to find parking at night time. They are charging soooo much money and for what?? To go to a crowded “resort” pool to listen to screaming children? They plant a few flowers and shrubs and call themselves “luxury loving”. And forget about talking to management- they will ignore you when you knock on the door to the leasing office which they lock frequently.

Trying finding a parking spot in this complex after 8PM, you can't. Parking policies are not inforced and it is horrible. Only one reserved parking spot is allowed per apartment and everyone else is left to fight over "visitor" spaces.

My husband and I have been living at Windshire for over four years. The amenities are clean, maintenance is great, and they are dog friendly. We love the large patio and living room fireplace!

The staff here is really accommodating and so helpful. Jamella really helped to make my first move, from a different state, so smooth and easy. Appliances, floors, carpet, etc are all new and maintained really well. This is a really great price for a really great living space. The community/surroundings are really great too. A safe place to be. Everything you need is very close in proximity. Schools, grocery stores, shopping, etc(: I highly recommend

Where do I start….My experience has been amazing. The entire staff is wonderful. The staff made my move a very easy transition. Damali and Jamella took all the new move stress away! I couldn’t thank them enough for everything (these women rock!). The maintenance team is top notch. Roy the Service Manager and his team Shamaz and Jeff know what they are doing. The grounds are clean and buildings well maintained. Maintenance staff and management are very responsive to questions, needs or repairs. A couple month after moving in I experienced a maintenance emergency. Not only did Roy and Shamaz come right out late in the evening but the Property Manager Jasmin made a point to come out and make sure everything was all set as well (and this was on the weekend). This meant a lot to me to know they are not only responsive but truly care about the Community and Residents. If you are looking for a 2 bedroom in Middletown this is the place. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a convenient location and a peaceful place to live. Community is good but the staff is what makes it AMAZING!

I lived here for two years and it sucked. The management has changed twice and we’ve had multiple maintenance managers and workers. Top it off they make a no smoking policy in your apartment and you can smoke 10 feet away from you deck. Now all us non-smokers can’t leave windows open on a nice day cause all you smell is smoke. And Nevermind the cigarette butts left on the ground.

At first, I was really interested in Windshire. Everything appeared well maintained and clean. Once I applied, I started to have problems. At first, I was approved and was about to move forward with signing the lease. Then, 2 days later, I got denied. When I asked why, they informed me that the management said that “they don’t want me here”. I did absolutely nothing to deserve such poor treatment. They refused to give me my money back for application and on top of that, they sent me an email stating that I got denied due to evictions! I was never evicted in my entire life. For those who are looking at this place, please go to a different place where you will not be lied to, taken advantage of, and have to wait for a week to find out that you are denied for something you have never done. Best of luck to those who are looking for a new home because this is not it. Very saddening and frustrating experience.

If I could give this place a one star review I would. Don’t live here. The management is rude and inattentive. Maintenance is rude and inattentive. When we moved in we were warned by the leasing agent to be careful because the company tries to keep as much of your security deposit as possible. Well guess what? We moved out and they kept most of our $1,000 security deposit. I’ve never had that happen before. In addition, we had an intrusive neighbor who stared in our windows and followed us around the complex. I asked her to stop and then complained to the management but nothing happened. We had to keep our windows constantly closed. There was also a feral cat from a nearby colony who peed and puked on our deck but management wouldn’t do anything about that either.

I have leave in Windshire Terrace Apartment for the past ten years and this new management by (Hampshire Assests)is worst of all the management of this complex ,the staff here are rude do not care about resident, I have email a work order for my apartment since Friday 8/10/18 and as of today 8/17/18 no staff member has even have the courtesy to call and I went to the office on Wednesday 8/15 /18 to ask and was told the are short of staff so they know when to come to my apartment so if you want move to Windshire Terrace think twice.
