It’s nice and quiet. The grassy areas are always well maintained, lush, and green. The screened in patio is amazing to enjoy cool weather with the dogs without getting eaten alive by mosquitoes.

The complex is located in a prime location. The apartments are clean and well maintained Been here a month and I’ve had no problems. I’m bottom floor and neighbors are quite.

I've been part of this community for two weeks now. Like any place, it has its strengths and areas for improvement. That said, the management and maintenance teams truly stand out—they do an exceptional job communicating with residents. While there have been occasional issues with gate access, it's mostly just the usual hiccups with technology. Overall, the community has a welcoming atmosphere, and the neighbors have been friendly and respectful, which makes settling in a lot easier.

My experience of Willow Springs apartments has been wonderful. I have a great view with amazing neighbors. The office staff are always so sweet and you can tell they really care. The maintenance are quick and very helpful. I have lived here for twenty five years with very few problems. When the rest of Pasadena has been without electricity, my apartment had full power.

It’s a calm peaceful environment, you feel safe at all times. The facility is clean, no trash around the grounds. Maintenance team is amazing, they always fix the problem in a timely manner and are very nice.

Very quiet community. Maintenance work very timely, and are very professional. Yard work is always upkeep, very well cleaned around the apartments. Lived here 3 years and minor work has ever been needed, and if so the workers came same day or next.

It's an excellent place to live. Very professional and always on time. There's a sense of community that's welcoming. Maintenance are always on time and quick without a bother. Most importantly, feels like a safe place to live in.

Settling in was nice until I seen a roach, but after I cleaned and bought stuff to prevent them I haven’t seen one. I’ve had a couple of things broken. Still waiting on one more thing to get fixed but other than that the atmosphere feels calm.

Willow Springs is a safe, quiet, and affordable place for yourself and your family. The staff is extremely nice. They are quick to jump on all of your maintenance needs efficiently. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone.

The apartment and the office staff are amazing! The only thing I can say needs improvement is the maintenance staff needs to learn to be friendly and respectful.

The apartments just needs to be updated internally and externally. Plumbing is bad. The kitchen is outdated and can use some updating. Overall my experience has been great, besides the updating.

I love the apartment complex it is very well taken care of and also very quiet. I would definitely living here. Their is also have a dog park and a gym that i get to enjoy at any time.

So far everything has been good. The maintenance has a fast response system and the front desk have been an amazing source of help. The neighbors are very friendly.

We’ve been at this complex since 2011 neighbors are friendly. It is quiet and peaceful. Staff is helpful and friendly as well. I also love that there are lockers for your items that are being shipped to you to be placed in.

This complex is Safe and comfortable. I think the only improvement is probably the quality of certain things but everything else is good. Kind of expensive

The staff worked really well with me getting me in quickly and since I was in the military coming right out of basic training that was really important to me and they were able to get my application processed really quick and were very helpful with any questions that I had

everything is overall okay just the fact that the people living above us have been extremely disrespectful when trying to address the amount of noise theyve been making they came to our door and started yelling at me and my boyfriend in our house telling me i need to check myself? weve been nothing but calm and courteous with them considering how ignorant theyve been and we get smacked in the face for nothing

Willow Springs made my experience so smooth! Office Manager Lucy was great and the look and lease option is the way to go. I want to know exactly what I'm getting into before I sign and my apartment is gorgeous! It has all the amenities I wanted and then some and the price is reasonable and within my budget. I couldntve asked for a better experience 5 stars

It's okay to live here, the rent is a little ridiculous for what you are getting but it's better than some places I have reviewed. The layout is very small and maintenance is horrible. Poop everywhere with no one picking it up and just a lot of issues with the building and the office staff. All the extra charges you have to pay for even if you don't use them you will still have to pay no matter what. W
