Great location, well maintained and above all, Barbara and Monisa are great people, responsive and very helpful!
Lived there for 7 months and saw the cops at least once a week for something going on. Neighbors are awful, you can hear through the walls. Also neighbors will leave trash outside of the apartment doors and just let it sit there. Manager will not do anything about it as she is hard to get ahold of and never there. Overall I left this place before my lease was up as I did not feel safe there at all.

I lived in a 1 bedroom 1 bath for 2 years here. Ultimately it had all the issues a normal apartment would have. Noisy neighbors, stuff breaking, etc. Sometimes the neighbors were a bit much but the apartment it’s self was everything I needed. I loved the updated look of the place, and the bathtub was by far my favorite part of living here. The staff were nice, and as long as you don’t forget your keys the doors automatically locking behind you gave me such peace of mind. Never left the house and had to worry about if I locked my door! You can’t control your neighbors, but that’s just part of apartment life… so once you adjust to that it’s honestly a great place to live.
Beautiful location and these are brand new apartments in Williamsburg, VA. Apartments.com will give you full information. Willow Creek Apartments are very near to so many wonderful places! I called the office and talked to the awesome property manager Gynette W. She is very customer friendly and very knowledgeable. And she sent me all the details. I was very impressed by her quick response. She made my day! I’m looking forward to visit this place soon.
