The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Westview Park Community
This is a great place to live. Its quiet and peaceful. The pool is great and staff is ok. The neighbors are very friendly. I only have 2 complaints. #1 is there is no door buzzer and it's annoying going up and down as I live on 3rd floor and the stairs are hard on my knees. And #2 they should have family members that are on the lease and or friends that have a handicap sticker be able to get a permit and use the parking lot. I don't see alot of talents use the parking lot much when they have garages. They need to get door buzzers so it would be easier. Other than that I've lived here for 4yrs so far and its been ok.
It is cheaper than most yes. And not "terrible". Had no issues for a while then it started to get bad. Trash often in the hallways, infestation of clothing moths from some others apartment. The plumbing? Maintenance is fully aware its irreparable and cannot be fixed. Even said so to me one day whole trying to fix a drain. Was left without running water for about 12 hrs when it was only supposed to be about 2. Office is never open, one person there I've had luck with but the other was angry, rude, and unable to be reasoned with. Trash is a problem, people constantly dumping larger things. I dont actually believe this place "recycles" at all. Laundry room flooded frequently and mold was absolutely growing everywhere in that room with no fix in sight. By the way, you better return your flimsy laminated parking permit otherwise they charge you about $38 for it. No way it's worth that. The cleaning list and "fees" is outrageous. $50 an hr to clean the apt when you leave? If the parking pass is any indication they will charge you for ANYTHING they replace at a much higher value than it costs.
I also applied for a 1 bedroom apartment, waited around for a phone call, finally called them and was told I was denied. I already informed them that my credit score was a little low, and they originally said I could pay a double deposit. So much for that. Their credit check was a joke. No one even called two of the people I rented from. No one called my employment. As far as I'm concerned, they owe me my 50 bucks back. It can be stressful finding an apartment. Westview made the process even worse. They gave me the run around -wasted my time and my money. Not cool. No wonder why almost all of these reviews are bad!
A VERY dishonest company! They will lie through their teeth during whatever little communication you have with them. I was supposed to move into my apartment almost 2-months prior to when I am “possibly” getting in and they still do not have a certificate of occupancy, so it may be pushed again. I asked for all of our agreements in writing and they have gone back on their word every time. They currently owe me over a $1,000 and are fighting me on when I am getting it back. DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM.
I tried to get in contact with staff about availability because online the 1 bedroom I was interested in read “soon” for availability. I emailed, got no response, so I decided to call and the woman I talked to was extremely rude. Not the best first impression from a place you will want to be renting a home from.
This would be a great place to live if it wasn't for the conniving, rude, unreliable staff. We've been lied to, ignored, overcharged and neglected for too long. The roof is in terrible shape and always leaks. The AC unit is ancient and costs way too much to cool down only the living room as there's no mechanism providing any kind of airflow. Getting in touch with staff is next to impossible, so good luck getting any issues addressed.
I really enjoy the Westview Park Community. Lots of green space, nice pools, and great staff. Excited to see the new Rooftop252 project.
I have live at Westview Park Apartments for 20 years. Why? It feels like home. The staff is kind, friendly and cares whether they are in the office, maintenance, caretaker, etc. The building and grounds are kept clean. Noise is very minimal. Many times I do not even realize that I have neighbors. It's that quiet! The location is perfect. It is a short drive from anything you could possibly need. The apartments are nice in size with large balconies. There is even a community garden if you wish to participate.
This apartment complex offers a quiet place to live while still close to many restaurants and shopping centers. The many buildings here provide a sense of community and are maintained by very helpful and friendly staff. The common areas are cleaned weekly and are well-maintained because the staff makes sure there are no other issues within each building. There is a party room, three pools, a playground, and a basketball court located in the center of the complex for everyone to spend their time. There are also gardens where you can grow your own food or flowers for the entire complex to see. The beautiful courtyards in this apartment complex make it a place to call home the minute you move in!
I need this pleaseI like my apartment but I have two daughters and my wife can not work because we have no one to care for girls and sincerely that I could really help me but especially my daughters thanks
Love the area, very quiet, nice people, and kid friendly.
These are vintage style, with great courtyards, grilling and family picnicking areas. The outdoor space, provides a basketball court and small park for children to play with each other. There are plenty of restaurants near also plenty of places to shop for school and other activities. There's a YMCA a few blocks away. Pool on site, optional gardening, party room to rent out for special occasions. The apartments are clean inside and out. Great bunch of tenants that reside here. really friendly place to stay. We love it here. They keep everything up and running and no problems with emergencies, always ready and on call. Our space is cozy and we love the set up inside. But we now wish to move from the bottom 1 bedroom to 2nd or 3rd floor for a patio and a two bed room, my husband and I are expecting a little one soon, so we need more space. But we prefer our same building or same area just more space. These apartments work well for us also because my husband works right up the street and we are right on the bus line. The staff is amazing and very polite and helpful with more than just our stay if needed. We love these FABULOUS APTS. AND WOULD LOVE THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY.
My wife and I are expecting a little one and are looking to move into a 2 bedroom.I love the look of our building with red bricks, kind of a rustic look, and arch doors, not the typical apartments you normally see today. The outside yards are always green and in good shape. In the winter they keep the walking paths clear of snow and they put salt to prevent any accidents. I love the size of the pool and the little gardens they have around the complex. The office people are always nice and super friendly, if we ever have an emergency, the staff are ready to take care of any repairs that it needs to be done. Its located in a nice area with a lot of stores and restaurants around. As well as fast transportation. I already had recommend it to a lot of friends. Also my job is just around the corner from where I live, very convenient.
I've lived here for a bit over 2 years now, and before that I lived in the same complex with my dad in a different building. I really like it here. I've only had a couple tiny problems that maintenance resolved immediately the next morning, the courtyard is pretty and it's a family friendly area, there's always kids playing around and families out and about so it gives the feel of a housing neighborhood instead of just an apartment. I don't have a car, but these buildings are right on a bus route as well which is super convenient. It's a very affordable place to stay, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.
