The only thing I was disappointed in was a lot of the things in the apartment were not cleaned prior to moving in. Otherwise the office staff were very helpful in getting maintenance to help. I still have some outstanding repairs that need to be done.

At this time I would not recommend Westmount at Urban Trails. The neighborhood noise has increased dramatically in the past three months and this place is not for quiet, professionals who enjoy calm, relaxing atmosphere.

Overall the experience I have had here was good! The apartments are comfortable and the layouts are convenient and well thought out. The only issues I’ve had related to communication from the staff (I think due to learning curve while onboarding new associates) on issues or concerns. Otherwise good location for a decent price.

Their handling of the gas bills could have been better. I've lived here since 2015. Gas bill was always under $15.00. Then in June of 2020, it went up to $50.00., and it kept going up. Now it's in the hundreds! Keep getting the run around as to why.

I hate this apartment complex, the maintenance is garbage, the staff treats you like youre stupid when you ask for anything. They charge you for anything and everything, including parking that you have to pay for even if you dont want/need a parking spot. Ive paid a parcel fee since September and the parcel lockers for packages are STILL not operational in January.

Please Read before Renting
If your thinking about moving here please do yourself a favor and don't there is no safety at all, the sidewalks are always wet and slippery, there are roaches and bugs all the time coming through the pipes because the hot water is shut off usually twice a week, and paper thin walls so your going to have no privacy or peace and quiet, there are always kids screaming outside and unsupervised. Oh and let's not forget the new FLOOD LIGHTS they installed and I can't make this up directly into your window plus they strobe because the management doesn't care about you once you sign that lease honestly every interaction with management feels like your inconveniencing them how dare you speak to them after you already signed your lease. Please please do yourself a favor don't go here don't waste your money even if it feels like a good deal there have been multiple break-ins to cars in the parking lot people go through the dumpster so don't count on your personal info staying personal and the cops are literally always stopping by for one reason or another just do yourself a favor and don't give this place a cent of your money.

My ac has been leaking for three weeks. The original maintenance guy kept saying it’ll be fixed and never came by. He got fired turns out. Now I’m going through the same thing with the new maintenance crew. The gate never works with my code, even though it’s fixed and calls out to my number. It’s a good location but I wouldn’t recommend due to terrible maintenance.

Poor management, loose with the repairs. Ongoing issues... customer service is not their thing. High turnover. Homeless population high around the property.

HORRIBLE! BED BUG INFESTED! DO NOT LIVE HERE
The whole apartment complex has had several bed bug infestations that they are unable to control, as well as charging the tenants up to $600 to clean the units.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
my fridge hasn't worked since I moved here melts everything then refreezes it , my dish washer has black water for two months now because they refuse to fix it , my sink has been broken for 3 months they also refuse to fix that because they say they have a waiting list for maintenance . I have mold in the bathroom which they also refuse to address . there are cops here at least 3 times a week , lots of domestic violence issues , forget about having a restful sleep since people tend to be out more at 2 am then at 2 pm honestly worst place to live do not live here you'll deeply regret it .There are many drug related issues that management refuses to acknowledge even after police involvement .
