This complex is a little pricey for how dated the apartments are but it’s peaceful, you get privacy and more freedom than other complexes when it comes to your outdoor area and interior. We are plant people and love having our plants surrounding the outside of our apartment. The last apartment I lived in wouldn’t allow ANYTHING outside but the whole complex was trashed. Westmount is clean, has weekly maintenance for the grass and even a pooper scooper who comes and cleans up. Only con I have with it is when bad weather comes, it gets pretty messy. Drains definitely could use some love. Also noticed that if this complex says they’re going to fix or improve something, they actually do.

whenever I have an issue they know how to handle it both maintenance and office have good communication with me so I do not have problems. Would be awesome to have more visitor parking. It’s peaceful in my area I love it

Have been living here for 3 years and the get better like a good wine. Management is improving and the maintenance is being quicker now than before. Thinking about downsizing now to a smaller unit, but staying in the contract.

Have been living in this apartments 16 years and just renewed for another one. In my building everyone is quiet, not a lot of noise, I have my assigned carport and do not have to walk too far to my apartment. The office personnel and maintenance staff help a lot if asked.

No community is perfect, however this place makes me feel all my suggestions are taken and management takes action. Service team is really helpful and the office staff is the reason I'm renewing. I think I will stay here since it feels like home

Man was gunned down today on 01/24/2022 in the driveway. It’s not safe for children to to live here, do not pay attention to any good reviews this place is a huge joke listen to what I tell you. Stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. 2 years here and my lease is just about finish. Always trash everywhere outdoors, leasing office are wishy washy about things. There is people out here at night plotting to rob you walking to your car. Ransoms trying to pick your door lock to your apartments, vandalism to your personal property (vehicle) and the list just goes on and on

My apartment is excellent for me one because I am older and have lived in some of the worse places known to man. When it's like that you come to appreciate the finer things. Westmount is not perfect by any means, but I do not have roaches or insects of any kind. Exterminators have come and sprayed and my place is awesome. I love the location near the pool and the grounds are well kept when maintenance is working. However, tenants have a tendency to act like they don't care where they drop trash. It is where you live and you are a reflection of it. It is a very nice place and I have lived here for 3 years and plan to stay. It is an older place and I do not expect it to be rebuilt and my rent stay the same. Staff and maintenance are always friendly. They don't always come when you call, but things get worked out. Most of the time it is quiet. There are some tenants who have no respect for others and play loud music, but even that's ok with me. I love music. There just aren't any perfect apartments, so you can expect some things when living in one. So far, I have enjoyed my stay.

Where do I start?! I never felt the need to write reviews but I felt like this one was needed. First things first, IF YOU DONT LIKE ROACHES DO NOT COME HERE. Everyday from the time I moved in till I moved out I was killing roaches left and right. I would wake up and find huge roaches just laying on my floor. I was afraid to go in my own living room because I felt like I’d be attacked by roaches. They do have “pest control” but it seriously does nothing to fix the problem and their excuse for everything is that the building was made in 1985... so you’re on your own with that issue. The apartments are not clean when you move in. They supposedly have a “cleaning crew” but honestly you’re better off doing THAT yourself as well. My apartment had a smell when I checked it out the first time and they told me it still needed cleaning which was fine. My apartment still smelled like wet dog when I moved in and when my husband mentioned it to them they basically said they can’t do anything about it. Nothing ever gets fixed. Had to move out early due to the poor conditions of my apartment. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else because this place is a nightmare.

Worse experience ever, a/c was not working over 2 months trying to resolve a problem , to many nights with out getting a good sleep and maintenance are not trained to fix serious problems , only the basics such as change light bulb, short circuit never got fixed, fights everyday next door ,neighbors cats jumping to my balcony and pooped daily, Loud music,drunk loud men in parking lots every weekend. Car broken into twice and security was sleeping by the front office. There is NEVER ANY PARKING AVAILABLE AT NIGHT. They changed staff so many times its ridiculous. Multiple families stuffed in 1 apartment and children running wild through the whole property. Carpet was dirty when we got the apartment with the promise the will give shampoo, after we leave we let the apartment in better shape and the charge me the a ridiculous amount for carpet and other things we lef in really good shape , i also took all the trash out and vacuum the whole apartment since already know how they are . MANAGEMENT GIVES YOU EXCUSES AND RUNS AROUND, JUST CHECK THE AUTO RESPONDS FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS BECAUSE IS WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET. Rent this place are you own risk . WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

AC not working 100 degress like sauna , when your taking a shower water is changing to hot then cold then hot again , washing machine water drainer is not connected it flooded in the kitchen when I used it one time , most of the lights are busted , exhaust fan is not working, screen door in the balcony is not fix , we all inform the office about this but until now no actions is taken , every week we follow up until I get tired , freaking horrible don’t rent here if you don’t want to suffer , bed bugs is present too when we transfer here

I am a current tenant and would not imagine renewing my lease here. DO NOT RENT HERE. My a/c has gone out 3 times in less than 3 months with no explanation of why and I have come home to an extremely hot apartment after working either all day or night to an inferno. They take their time to fix it even with it being the hottest part of the summer. Just called the after hours line (which I'm patched through to even when it isn't after hours because half of the time no one will answer the phone in the office) and they listed what qualifies as a maintenance emergency and no a/c is listed, as it should be. I left a message explaining how hot it is and that it is hot outside but cooler than my apartment. I was called back and the on call "maintenance man" who refused to give me his name, refused to fix the a/c eventhough he is on call. He said it is too late and I reiterated to be clear that he is on call for maintenance and I am calling about a maintenance emergency and he's refusing to come and he laughed and said that he would deal with it in the morning. Paying for a hotel tonight when I'm paying rent... ridiculous. This is not at all my first issue with this place but it's last straw.

I've been living in London Park Apts for a year now. I don't love it, but I don't hate it either. Things I like--laminate flooring, brown wood cabinetry, black appliances, fireplace, built in bookshelf, quiet property, nice office staff, and quick maintenance turn around. Things I don't like--older property, textured walls, no air vent in bathroom, not enough guest parking, maintenance workers don't speak English well, and residents do not clean up after their pets. However it's a great value for decent living. When I first moved here there was a bug problem, still not sure what they were but there were lots of them! Management at the time did not treat it as an emergency, and I had to wait for the weekly pest control treatment. I was miserable. My washer also didn't work and they kept claiming it was brand new. Since management has changed, it has been smooth sailing! The business center is very useful, as well as the fitness center. I also appreciate the assigned covered parking. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
I moved out of the Apt. by June 12 2015 because I had to report for active duty with the National Guard. I received a final utilities bill including days up to June 30 2015 even though I was not using utilities. I am still serving active duty due to the recruiting office shooting in Tenn. The final bill requested that I go to pay in person. The property management is not responding to my calls to rectify this matter. I might try sending a check to the office address and hope for the best.
