From the sandy Hoffman Beach on Lake Parsippany to the beautiful homes in tree-filled neighborhoods, Parsippany exemplifies New Jersey's "Garden State" slogan. The town is award-winning, often topping "best" lists for places to live, and it has been a "Tree City USA" for more than 40 years. The town's history dates back to the first Dutch colony established in 1611, and several historic locations provide a glimpse into the town's history. One of those locations, the Benjamin Howell Homestead, was built in 1763. Another, the Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms, was designed and built by Gustav Stickley -- the only home he built for himself. The museum offers guided tours of the 1911 homestead, which provides a unique glimpse at the arts and crafts movement.
Parsippany wraps around two large lakes, Lake Parsippany and Boonton Reservoir. It is home to several parks and golf courses, adding to the natural beauty of the town.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Property Ratings at Westgate Gardens
The management is worst and they dont respond to calls if you have any problem especially Jim never respond to calls. Ashley simply says talk to Jim only person he responds is Joe but no use. Only they increase rent every year.
I scheduled an appointment 4 days prior to visiting. After driving 40 of my 50 minute commute to the location I was sent a txt there were no available units to tour. I still was interest and asked for the application for a unit that would be available on 2/17/24. I was approved and paid a holding fee on 2/1/24 for 3/1/24 move in date. I was excited to have a place. Immediately after I was asked to submit my signed lease agreement, security deposit and 1st months rent by 2/8/24 without being able to see the actual living space. No option was provided after asking everyday to extend the due date of the signed agreement and payments due to after seeing the space. No response was given from their corporate line. The holding fee, held for nothing, is non-refundable. Hope this helps anyone who's looking in the area.
Called the leasing office and got appointment but office was closed without notifying ????. No courtesy.
Nice and spacious apartments, supportive management and maintenance staff. Recently they have build small children play area, expecting more from them. Rent is little high, 1 thing i don't like is mandatory pool charges. overall nice place to live

Thank you for taking the time to share your kind words with us. We always love to receive great feedback and hope that you will continue to be happy living at Westgate Gardens. Sincerely, Westgate Gardens Management
Apartment is good with basic facilities. But the cost of rent is quite high. Maintenance is good. Very less guest or extra parking. What we get is less for the amount we pay.
Nice and clean apartment and nice design as well. But very expensive and only one parking space. even if you have guest you cant get parking for them. Leasing office is not responsive to anything they are rude.
