I have loved living here! The community is very friendly, and the management team is kind and helpful. I feel safe living here as a single person. I would definitely recommend.

Moving in was smooth. Sara provided excellent customer service and explained everything on the contract. Apartment is clean and was ready on time

Once my car was towed I no longer feel comfortable or safe here. I had to replace a new tire due to damage done while being towed out of my space in the gated garage. I do not recommend this place. Management blames residents for calling wrecker.

Great place. Good people. Family friendly. Safe, quiet, and a staff that make you feel welcome and taken care of. So happy to have found this place.

Great area to live in. Apartment complex has proved, as they have been continuously, remodeling. Maintenance is a little slow for whatever reason! Management has been improving the scenery at the complex. I am going on 16 years at Westbriar Apts and there has been a major improvement!

My SUV was towed from my designated parking space from within the gated residential parking area. Very disappointed. Otherwise complex is small and quiet. Nice neighbors. Maintenance responds quickly. Not renewing my lease.

I love the community here. I feel very happy knowing my family can live safely here. The management is very kind and helpful. I would strongly recommend this apartment to friends who ever needs a new home.

Very clean and very quiet. Neighbors have been super friendly and welcoming. Leasing office staff very friendly and helpful as well. I’m enjoying staying here a lot.

It’s great it’s quite nice and the people out here are nice the manager that work here is nice work with you and try to solve everything whatever wrong.

The apartments are quiet and safe and I love the atmosphere of the courtyard as well as the nearby neighborhood which is perfect for walking my dog. My maintenance requests are responded to quickly and efficiently. I wish the laundry was cheaper and that the garage has better paving, but overall I'm very happy in my first few months here.

It's a nice, quiet, and peaceful place to live. The residents are nice. And so far, I've lived here in for 5 years. Having had no trouble and no problem from then residents and the environments.

I just renewed my lease and overall I've enjoyed living here. Compared to my first few apartments in Houston Westbriar has been a quiet community with thick walls which I've really appreciated. I've unfortunately had some safety issues with my car around the premises so just be aware of your surroundings and you'll be good. The neighborhood down the street is nice to walk and the laundry facilities are never full so I'm always able to do laundry. The other residents are neighborly and overall I'm glad I decided to renew. The maintenance guys are great as well!

It’s an amazing community to live in and very quiet and secure and any problems are resolved within the same day or next I’ll definitely miss living here

We recently had no hot water for 4 days, this January. Also, my a/c and heater went out this weekend. Management quickly had it repaired. I am very happy about that. Rental increases I the last 2 out of 3 years have been incredibly high for an old apartment complex. Residents are moving out like roaches. Speaking of roaches, they are all over the complex, even with all the spraying.
