I like to live here, is peaceful and close to everything I need but I would l like that the administration do more about the roaches they come and do pest control but I think is not enough
So far so good. Nice and quit community and overall peaceful place. Neighbors are really friendly and help out when the chance is given. Would recommend staying here to anyone!
Todo muy bien muy amables y comprensivos cuando necesito algo de mantenimiento van de inmediato en una zona tranquila y me siento seguro y tranquila en mi hogar
Being able to get an apartment on such short notice was nothing but a blessing, but I was given the intention that the unit had been empty and cleaned for a while. Although it was empty , it was not clean. Door handles falling off, paint dripping on the walls/kitchen counter, dead roaches in cabinets and live BABY house roaches coming through the sink from someone else's home, the closet wheel breaking , and last but not least the fridge and dishwasher leaking and the dryer doesn't dry.
Me encantan los apartamentos,las áreas limpias y el personal estupendo muy buen trato , solo me llama la atención la cantidad de gaticos q hay sueltos sin hogar y q se siguen reproduciendo la verdad me gustaría q se le buscara hogar o se le diera una solución no es q me molesten pero es muy triste q llegue el frío y sigan sueltos sin casa cuando llegue aca hace un año no habían tantos y se han ido incrementando

Llevo 2 años y medio el primer año fue bien, pero después que cambiaron del personal en la administración ya no somos escuchados. Por ejemplo el mantenimiento del estacionamiento es malo la pintura está muy deteriorada al punto que poco se distingue los puestos reservados especialmente en la noche esto conllevó a que remolcaran mi carro porque al llegar de noche del trabajo no se leía bien que era un puesto reservado. Fui y hablé con la manager y le mostré fotos y la sugerencia de mejorar el mantenimiento no fue escuchada, actualmente la distribución de puestos reservados es mayor que no reservados esto era más proporcional en el 2023 - mediados de 2024. La solicitudes o requcisiones no siempre son atendidas y lo clasifican como resuelto, las chiripas nunca desaparecen a pesar de pest control lo cual se hace necesario y obligatorio hacerlo cada 15 días como mínimo por vuelve a incrementar las chiripas, nos han impuesto un servicio de internet a $50 mensual un internet muy caro a mi parecer hay internet más económicos y veloces, un servicio que debería ser opcional como la compañía de electricidad, seguro deauto o de apartamento. Además no hay una información en el contrato de arrendamiento que compañía es ni los megas que tienen a dónde llamar para servicio al cliente entre otros. Si han proporcionado detalles del tema en alguna reunión deben tomar en cuenta que no todos podemos acudir y debería darse una información detallada por otro medio.

Joanna in the office is very helpful and made the leasing process very easy. The community is very quiet and well kept for the most part. My only issues are the roaches and it seems people also don't clean up their dog poop along the sidewalk.

I’ve been living at Westborough Apartments for a while now, and my experience has been great. The maintenance team is fast and helpful, and the office staff are always friendly and professional. The property is clean, quiet, and in a great location close to everything I need. I feel safe and comfortable living here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Great place to live, affordable and close to everything, I been here almost 2 years and the community is great, some minor issues but considering prices, Katy is getting expensive nowdays

The apartment complex is very nice, just wish there was more parking available for people who don't have reserved parking space, especially when coming home late to find parking available close to my apartment.

Todo esta muy bien solo q algunos vecinos no entienden de convince y no respetan lo q es music acorde a la vida en un condominio creo q deberian haber reglas con el volumen de la music segun las horas

The amenities are top-notch — the resort-style pool is perfect for relaxing on the weekends, and the fitness center is well-maintained and open 24/7, which fits perfectly into my busy schedule. I have been here since July 2022 and it’s been really nice. There hasn’t been issues with neighbors or anything really. It is very peaceful and I feel very safe living here.

Los apartamentos son muy cómodos, y el personal es muy competente las áreas externas siempre están bien cuidadas, el único inconveniente es que hay demasiada cucarachas.

Pretty good , clean apartments , everything you need in a one bedroom and very nice and have a really good gym and really good pool and grills too use as well

The community here is great. I love the pool. I love the gym. The neighbors are super nice super safe and I feel very comfortable living here.

The place is very quiet and nobody bothered anyone around here. I like my apartment and they fix things right away. They neighborhood is quiet.
