The community is beautiful and clean. Residents are friendly and quiet. You’re close to everything but also far enough away that there’s not a lot of traffic or noise.
We claim to be a non smoking complex! Right now I feel it is not! Smoking all over patios, balconies ,outside area and even in apartments!! I feel it is a problem for those of us who value our health.

I really liked this place when I first moved here and I love the location. However, Management does not deal with complaints and does not follow up. Rental agreement states no smoking in apartments. I’ve been dealing with cigarette smoke smell coming into my apartment since January with no resolution.

I enjoy the real community feeling of the residents within the community. Everyone is very neighborly. I enjoy walking on the Community grounds. The community has nice walking paths. The community is pet friendly. Nice Dog Park and provides pet bags to help the community stay clean. The community is peaceful and quiet. I enjoy the activities during the spring and summer time at the clubhouse. The pool activities/events. Ice cream/ keep cool events. And the apartments are very nice and well kept. From the inside out.

West Village is a great place. The privacy from pavement / sidewalks and traffic is outstanding, the grounds are kept up nicely and the office team and their maintenance crew are really up to the task!! We truly couldn't ask for better.

I have been living in The West Village for the past 2 years and It has been a great experience. This community is truly a gem in a city, offering a perfect blend of comfort convenience, and beauty. It is close to essential amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The facilities here are top-notch. The community offers a range of amenities. The gym is well-equipped, and the swimming pool area is always clean and inviting. The apartments are beautifully designed, with spacious living areas, large windows, and high ceilings that create a bright and airy atmosphere. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, ensuring that any issues are resolved. The management team is exceptional, always responsive, and attentive to residents' needs. They organize regular community events, which are great opportunities to meet neighbors and build connections. The landscaping throughout the community is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and colorful flower beds. They have enough parking spaces and they just had a seal coating all over the community which looks beautiful. Also, the way they managed the parking areas throughout the whole process was commendable. Living at West Village has been a wonderful experience. The combination of excellent amenities, beautiful surroundings, and a strong sense of community makes it a place I am proud to call home. I have been here for over a year. Everything is just fine. My only observation is the state of the garbage & recycle containers. Often they are overflowing & smell. Sometimes raw garbage is left outside the container. I have seen chicken bones, etc. All very dangerous to an owner of a small dog.

The staff at West Village is most pleasant and the maintenance team always respond quickly. Apartments have good space. The complex exteriors clean and usually tidy. Overall, it’s a good place to live with fantastic amenities, excellent value, and convenient to major highways, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The location is great; an easy train ride in either direction to Boston or Providence.

I enjoyed living at West Village. It is a pleasant and comfortable apartment complex. The grounds are usually very clean. My experience has been fine so far. The staff is very friendly and courteous; maintenance is quick and efficient to always respond quickly when needed. The location is great. It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants and schools; is located close to both 95/495 and is an easy train ride to either Boston or Providence.

This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so gorgeous that I sometimes feel like i am at a resort. It could not be better located and amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants and schools

West Village is nice clean and well maintained property. Management staff is good but they should renovate their kitchen and bathrooms. Floors laminate cabinets are very old dirty and chipped.. they should give their homes something new Nd advance look..

West Village is a great place to live if you are looking for peace and quiet. The apartments are spacious and you cannot hear your neighbors. The pool looks beautiful at night with the lights on.

We are in a temporary unit until our preferred unit is available in August. Though we are living predominantly out of boxes until our final move the taste of what living here at West Village is amazing!!! We feel a sense of peace and belonging that has not been felt for many years.

After losing my husband I was so terrified to live here on my own. The staff and the maintenance crew we're right there to make me feel at home. I feel very safe and cared about for any concerns I might have. They always have a smile and concern for my welfare. I would never want to live anywhere else.

West Village is an ideal place to live relatively independently with accessible services, such as garbage disposal, hot tub, swimming pool, dog exercise fenced area, exercise room, barbecue, and delivery front office. Friendly staff.

The apartments have a functional floor plan. I enjoy the quietness of the building and the amenities are awesome. Staff is great as well.

West Village is an awesome place the live. The high ceilings, spacious floor plan, and functional layouts really made it easy to adjust to a new space. The location and building is very quiet and the amenities like the 24 hour gym and pool are absolutely amazing. Matt helped me during the leasing process. He was so attentive and compassionate while working with me which helped me feel comfortable moving in. I am grateful to live at West Village and plan to stay for a while.

This is the the best!!!!! My son jimmy LOVES to play at the park in summer. The staff is so kind. There no trouble here and the kids are nice and quite. 100% reccommend this amazing complex.
