There is a stacked laundry unit in each apartment and also two full bathrooms one is a tub/shower combo and the other a stand up shower. All the counters are granite and the apartment has individual boilers with central heat (humidified) and a central a/c system. Top of the line highly efficient Anderson windows which keep the heat in during the winter and the heat out during the summer!
