The quaint neighborhood of Love Field takes its name from the Dallas Love Field Airport, the largest attraction and amenity in the neighborhood. This highly rated airport features artwork, museums, and a variety of restaurants. The Frontiers of Flight Museum features aircraft, exhibits, and offers educational programs on aviation history that are entertaining for the whole family. They even host different events and summer camps for kids at the museum throughout the year.
Just north of the airport is Bachman Lake, surrounded by Bachman Lake Park. Residents of Love Field enjoy the park’s three-mile hike and bike trail, picnic areas, boating opportunities, recreation center, indoor aquatic center, and scenic views of the lake with airplanes often flying above. Other parks reside in the area, as well as shopping and entertainment venues. Inwood Village provides a multitude of shopping and dining experiences and houses Landmark’s Inwood Theater, a classic theater with movies and martinis.

Great place to live. Apartments are beautiful and I love my huge balcony. It's so quiet. The apartments are well insulated. All my friends comment on how quiet it is. The pool and all of the amenities are luxurious. Rents are amazingly reasonable.

When I signed my lease I was in between promotions and so I didn’t receive any offers. Asked the office if I could have the promotion and they said their hands were tied. Also when I got my key at 2pm I asked if I could receive it earlier so I could beat the heat and no I couldn’t. Other than these two incidents it’s been a good experience. Just wish my first expression was more positive.

Overall, great place to live. We have now renewed our lease twice. Communication can be lacking a bit by email or phone but that is not specific to this complex. Minor issues but quickly fixed. Amenities and overall complex is very good as is maintenence.

I couldn't be happier. Living here at West Love Apartments since January has been amazing. It's quiet. The apartments are so well built and maintained. My ice maker was acting up. I put in a work order on the app. Maintenence was there in 2 hours and 3 days later I had a new ice maker. The garage is kept near with staff emptying the many trash cans available by entrances. Trash is picked up . Great dog park. Pool area is beautiful and maintained. I have a huge balcony and it is beautiful. Trash is picked up nightly outside my door. Everything is so seamless here. Staff are amazing. My life is peaceful and stress free since I moved here. The location allows easy access to anywhere in Dallas. Best move I could have made.

The office has been very informative during the leasing process. A representative has walked with me twice showing the property and the apartment. So far the building seems quiet and calm! Picking up the keys was a breeze!

We love the lounge areas, our neighbors are not loud. Not a 5 because it's not easy to understand how the mailing system works here. Also my friend got towed because he forgot to register his car. We were warned about this

I really enjoy how simple and smooth the whole process was to move in. All of the leasing office team has been exceptional. Really enjoy the amenities in the building and how close we are around so many restaurants and stores that I do not have to drive out often since everything is less than five minutes away!

I am writing to express my growing concern regarding the security situation at Building B. Despite being told that patrol officers are monitoring the property, I have experienced a lack of response when reaching out to them for assistance. I’ve attempted to contact the patrol officer multiple times this week, specifically about the issue of homeless individuals residing within the building, but my calls have gone unanswered. Additionally, I’ve witnessed homeless individuals coming out of the dog wash station and sleeping in the hallways. I’ve also encountered a homeless person when I was coming home at around 5 AM inside building B, where he jokingly told me he was “looking for an empty apartment to crash in.” Of course I don’t know if he was joking or not nor did I acknowledged him as I was trying to rush into my apartment. The gates are often broken, which I suspect may be facilitating unauthorized access to the building. It is particularly disheartening to pay a premium for what is advertised as a "luxury" apartment, only to encounter homeless individuals regularly at various hours of the day. What’s even more frustrating is when I was asked if I had taken pictures of these individuals, as though that would be my first thought in such a situation. My primary concern in these moments is ensuring my safety and getting to my apartment without incident. I would like to ask you to consider this situation from our perspective. If you were living here, would you want yourself or your guests to encounter individuals who are homeless and residing within the building? I believe the answer is no. While I understand that the leasing office or patrol officers cannot be in every area at all times, the fact that this issue seems to be occurring almost daily suggests the need for further attention. I recommend an investigation into the matter or an increase in overnight walk-throughs to identify and address the individuals involved. This proactive approach would help ensure the safety and comfort of all residents. For everyone's safety, please be mindful and cautious when returning home late at night. The homeless I have encountered is a tall black male with a beard and curly, voluminous hair, wearing a green jacket. He has been seen with a shorter white woman. Please remain vigilant and take precautions when coming home. He has been seen sleeping next to the hallway that leads to the courtyard by apartment 2182.

I’ve been here for almost 2 weeks. David, leasing agent, was nice to work with and very knowledgeable. The east gate has been broken twice since I’ve been here ( the entrance gate, then exit gate) posing a security risk due to compromising the premises. I’ve called the leasing office for questions during business hours and I’ve yet to get through to anyone on the phone. Maintenance team comes out quickly to solve issues. Quiet so far, close to work. Giving a 3 due to the gates being broken (& frequently according to residents).

Move in and lease process was very easy despite moving from out of state. Kat gave a great tour and explained all the amenities. My service dog and I have had a great first week. Love the location. So accessible to Downtown Dallas and the Medical District.

Moving in to West Love has been a generally easy process. The office staff was very responsive leading up to the move and very helpful. Maintenance has done a wonderful job in resolving any issues in a timely manner. We cannot wait to get settled in!

The amenities close too early for those working 8am -6pm it is a waist of money since you cant access them after 5pm. They are nice and quiet, but i just wished amenities were more accessible.

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. While the maintenance crew is exceptional and consistently does great work, that’s unfortunately the only positive aspect of living here. The property has several significant issues: • Security concerns: The apartment gates are frequently broken, and I’ve seen homeless individuals inside the premises. This, combined with non-functioning garage gates, has led to multiple car break-ins. • Cleanliness: Hallways and elevators are often unsanitary, with dog waste regularly left unattended. • Poor upkeep: Many doors are broken, further contributing to the lack of safety and convenience. Overall, these problems severely outweigh the only redeeming quality, the hardworking maintenance team. If management were to address these issues, it might become a more livable community, but as it stands, I cannot recommend this place.

Though the apartment is great from a location perspective, the building is not well maintained. The staff is friendly and are willing to help when they can. Improvements they could make: (in building A) have carpet deep cleaned or replaced; ensure the latches work across all building entrances so doors are not propped open to enter building; engage a valet trash service that doesn’t skip floors; and provide access to computer business center and outdoor 4th floor lounge after business hours.

If i can leave negative stars i would since moving in i’ve never once been able to get in contact with anyone in the office the employee sit inside the office with the lights off the last hour of the day. They won’t help anyone and makes excuses just to find out that they have not had any supervision for months. The lady and the guy that was being so helpful before moving is now it’s like they doing bother helping you once you sign i lease. I’ve had maintenance issues inside my apartment and the elevator main elevator for used visitors and to navigate through the building has been down for months and the doors to the hallways you can just walk up to them and open them they changed the company for the security locks but they only works for 4 days. Yes the apartment on the outside looks great but on the inside it’s a different story. Also the parking garage enter gates are open 24/7 due to the exit gate behind broken and cars will see a car trying to drive in and will continue to Bogart they way threw almost hitting my vehicle

After 6 months of living here I can say that the staff and maintenance has been good. The amenities are excellent and the interior is clean. However, the gates to the garage have been messed up for quite a few months now. The elevators have been broken and so they only have one repaired. The elevator has been broken for about three months now. Overall, I love my apartment and it is a plus since it is close to my job.

maintenance is great and has 24/48 hours turnaround time. managers are hard to get a hold of. once you do make contact though they provide great customer service.

Love living here! Everyone in the office is so helpful. Just renewed my lease. Having reserved parking and a storage unit is a big plus. And the courtyards are a great pace to relax.

This is a great place to live. I lived at West Love for three years and never regretted my decision. The layout options provide ample room to store and accommodate your furniture. The facilities are amazing and their amenities, as well as the accessibility and cleaning of the common areas, are among their top priorities. I haven’t had the best experience since moving to west love. When I first moved in, my apartment was not clean at all. The recent tenant still had all of her left over trash here. This cost me an extra $200 for my movers bc it was delayed to due lack of cleanliness. They had to deep clean it. The complex offered me a $100 gift card as an apology which I did not receive for about a month. I had to constantly contact the office for the gift card. As of today, all 4 of my tires and rims were stolen in the gated parking garage through out the night. Front office informed me that the theft has increased over the last 2-3 weeks but no email has been sent out to residents to inform them of that. I asked why are there no cameras on each floor if this is an ongoing issue and was informed it was denied by the complex. I am disappointed as a resident here because I pay alot here and feel there is no consideration for our property. This theft has cost me over $5,000 out of my own pocket and my car is sitting in the garage on a concrete block due to lack of proper security. I was informed that this specific area is a hot spot for theft by the zip code alone and it possible to keep happening in the future. I will Not be renewing once my lease is up!

Very nice apartments! The people in the leasing office are super nice and helpful. I think they need more people working in the front office tho because it’s been several times when I’ve gone and there was no one there. Other than that it’s a nice living experience

This place was great in 2021, but now in 2023…..it is ratchet! Elevators don’t work for weeks, gate is always broken, doors from garage are broken, dog poop everywhere, and cars are broken into on a regular. For the amount that they charge for rent…..residents deserve better.

I really like living here. I can sometimes hear my neighbors, but that’s expected, and it’s never annoying. No bothersome music when I’m trying to sleep, no hallway noise either. The apartment feels clean and well taken care of. I don’t have any complaints, but if I did, the front office staff is so nice and professional, I feel confident I could talk to them about anything apartment related, and they’d help me find a solution that works. They made moving in really easy too; this was my first apartment on my own, and I never felt unsure about the moving process.

This is our second year at West Love and we are happy to renew our lease. Great centralized location, private parking and good neighborhood.
parking situation here suck. When the gates are fixed ( and that is almost never ) residents are made to use an app to open the gate and the app takes forever to load, if it even works in the first place. Also the towing here is Horrible. The amenities are nice but no one ever uses them and even though they are supposed to be opened hours, management will randomly lock them after office hours without notice.
The leasing office is kind of hard to reach, but once you get a hold of them they are very helpful. So far, I have no major complaints. The building is usuallynice and clean.
