We are a quiet community with some greenery of trees and plants. The unit includes wood floors throughout and vinyl floors, new blinds, new paint, gas stove, refrigerator, kitchen and bathroom. Paid water, no laundry facility on site but there is a laundry facility with short walking distance. Clean, quiet complex that is near bus lines, schools, restaurants, grocery stores, freeway. Great location and very convenient for commuters. Non Smoking Building. Pictures are of another unit but same exact layout. Must have good credit, make 3's the rent and no evictions. Pet Policy: Additional; $250.00 deposit, Dogs under 20 pounds are okay or 2 cats. The office is open from Mon- Fri from 9-12 &am; 1-5pm.
