Everyone is nice and they stay out of your business . They also help me if I need it . They also like to talk to you sometime. They don't judge you.

Peaceful and quiet. No one bothers you , no loud noises, parking space available every time. Stores are close by . It feels very safe to even take out your trash at night

Love living here… my son and I are safe and happy..the leading office and maintenance are amazing.. their both on the job to help my needs and help protect and make things easier and finished fast. Thank you

I feel safe here and everybody is helpful and kind. They are always here to help you. The staff will help you too. Everyone looks out for everyone.

My husband and I moved here four years ago to be close to our kids and grandkids. Love the granite countertops, gas stove, balcony, in unit full sized washer and dryer, and large master bedroom with two lit, double closets! Have enjoyed the playground with my grandkids and my friendly, caring, neighbors. Catherine and Raul have taken great care of anything I need. Just renewed my lease again!????

Couldn’t ask for anything more from this apartment. Everything is clean and in great condition. Would strongly recommend. The staff is extremely helpful as well.

Hi. I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a while, and while the overall experience has been okay, I feel like it’s a bit overpriced for what it offers. The location is convenient, and the apartments themselves are well-designed with decent space, but for the rent being charged, the amenities are lacking. There’s no gym, no pool, and not many extras that justify the price. Maintenance is generally reliable, though response times can vary. Parking is available but can be tricky during busy hours. Noise levels depend on the neighbors, but for the most part, it’s manageable. Management is professional and handles most issues, but communication could be better. The complex is safe and fairly well-maintained, but given the cost, I expected more in terms of amenities.

So happy with all the new updates this past year-painting halls and doors, removing dead shrubbery, shampooing halls, holiday decor! Thanks for keeping the complex “fresh”!

Raul was amazing… he came this weekend at night time cause I was worried about hearing system!! Thank you for making my son and feel safe!!!

Everything is going well for me. I love the place where I live. Because the people and the staff are wonderful. I have no problems with anyone.

Cathy made moving in very easy. The apartment was clean and a small repair that needed to be done before move in was completed and not even noticeable. I am so happy to call this home :)

It’s been a great experience. Still a resident and I love living here everything is organized and the neighborhood people so far are nice!!!

Wayside Point has a great location, complex is kept clean and management is very helpful and quick to respond to any issues. I would say we have a friendly community.

safe area and able to always get in contact with someone. maintenance comes and goes swiftly. constant work done around the building to make it look nice.

I feel extremely safe.. and whenever something is needed to be done or fixed they are amazing.. Raul and Catherine really are the best!! I had a water heater issue in very beginning of my lease and it was close to mid night and Raul came out to help my son and I .. it was so awesome because we had no hot water..

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for just under 2 years. I could not recommend wayside point enough.

I like it here because it's quite and peaceful. And no one bothers me. But when I need help someone is there for me. I also don't have to worry about someone taking my stuff.

I've been living at Wayside Point since August of 2020. I'm very happy here. Always felt safe. Maintenance comes fast. Neighbors are nice, I can't complain!

This apartment itself is beautiful. I have a nice view... The manager and office person are very nice You can talk to them at ease... The maintenance is very nice. The smallest things they take care of without hesitation. And keep you informed throughout...BEST MOVE EVER!!!!! Thank you all....

Great place to live. Quiet and setback. Small playground and awesome leasing office!
