Rosemount, settled in 1853, celebrates its Irish heritage with a shamrock on the city flag and an annual event called Leprechaun Days, a 10-day festival with a carnival, a parade, live music, and food vendors.
Downtown Rosemount touts several laid-back places to hang out with friends. Rosemount Carbone's Pizza and Pub lets you eat a meal inside or take it back to your apartment. Eat in the joint as you cheer the Vikings, Timberwolves, Wild, Twins and Golden Gophers on to victory.
