Rosemount has a strong business community and award-winning schools, along with fantastic parks -- 23 of them, to be exact, covering an impressive 302 acres. Rosemount, settled in 1853, celebrates its Irish heritage with a shamrock on the city flag and an annual event called Leprechaun Days, a 10-day festival with a carnival, a parade, live music, and food vendors.

Downtown Rosemount touts several laid-back places to hang out with friends. Rosemount Carbone's Pizza and Pub lets you eat a meal inside or take it back to your apartment. Eat in the joint as you cheer the Vikings, Timberwolves, Wild, Twins and Golden Gophers on to victory. Finally Home

From the first time we called the office until now we have not been disappointed. The staff does a wonderful job at taking care of the building and is kind to everyone. As this is not a new building it has been very well maintained. This is a wonderful place to call home!

Waterford Commons

This apartment complex is simply amazing. It's not only up to date with all appliances, but the layouts are spacious with huge closets, open floor plans, decks and fireplaces. Not to mention every single unit has washer and dryers! My husband and I have lived here for 3 years now and we are looking forward to living here for quite a long time. It feels like home to us. Also, our apartment complex manager is now one of our good friends. We are all family here. Another great thing is that these apartments are located close to bar and grills, boutiques, schools and a library all within walking distance. I give it two thumbs up!!
