One of the better apartment communities I've lived in. The staff is always welcoming and engaged. I love the security of the building, and the community feeling with the other tenants. The coffee machine and the beer taps are a great feature, if you enjoy either. The Bay Club is also a great area to enjoy your morning coffee or to watch sporting events with the neighbors. Biggest feature for me is being on the waterfront and seeing all the wildlife that comes with it.

My home is my sanctuary. I adore my studio with an extra room used for a bedroom. Waterford Bay is a deluxe apartment with great amenities. The nature in the area and surrounding is enjoyable. I appreciate the staff and the majority of my neighbors.

I enjoy my comfortable home! The tenets are kind, and I enjoy seeing their dogs walk through the hall with them. All the amenities are fantastic!! The office staff is friendly and helpful. The cleaners do a good job taking care of the property.

In my short time here everything has been great! Move in was simple and easy, everything looks to be in great shape. I'm really enjoying all the amenities, and my pup is absolutely loving the dog park.

Community manager spends more time planning a mediocre national night out than actually resolving resident issues. Grills are always dirty. Dog poop all over the property. Dogs often not on leash in the hallways. Garage isn’t secure. Multiple break-ins. Management deflects responsibility on any issue.

I have only been here for a month, and it has been nothing but a great experience. Aimee is amazing to work with and ensures all your needs are met when moving in. She goes above and beyond for the residents here. I have a few concerns with my apartment, but they were addressed and fixed promptly - before moving in and afterward. Lastly, you can’t go wrong with the happy hours to enjoy meeting your neighbors.

Noisy neighbors, earplugs are required constantly. (For example, if the a/c shuts off you can hear every little thing your neighbors do. So if they start going at it at 2 am you're going to be up at 2am too! Very frustrating, especially because I work overnight shift so I'm not even home 3-4 nights of the week, but even when I am home I can't count on getting peaceful sleep during the day or nighttime. The physical positives include a beautiful apartment and good location. I'm excited to move out this year.

I love the staff at Waterford Bay! The cleaning person is fantastic and does an awesome job. You can tell she puts her heart into her work. The common areas are always well maintained and cleaned regularly and I love the amenities like Coffee and beer.

Waterford Bay Apartments is a located in a quiet location with beautiful views of the Mississippi River and Waterford Bay. There is plenty of wildlife, it’s next a walking/biking path and within walking distance of local restaurants and bars. We have been here for nearly a year and absolutely love our unit and our view. The Club Room is huge and the outdoor shared space is well landscaped and comfortable.

I was in search of a more cost friendly living space and I happen to be walking the trail by the Mississippi River and came upon a building being constructed. I thought if it was going to be apartments, what an amazing location, but I probably couldn't afford it. I checked back and got in immediately to tour. The staff was INCREDIBLE. In the hour I was there touring, I met a couple residents and their dogs. It hit me that in that hour I had more conversations with very friendly residents, than the 14 months I was at my last apartment. I was swayed by the excellent dog amenities, location, price, garage space, staff, other amenities, and simply the apartment itself. I would HIGHLY recommend joining the Waterford Bay community.

The office team is amazing. The lease terms are great. They made moving in so easy. Before I even moved in I probably changed my apartment like 4 times. Amy was so patient with me and made sure that I had the right apartment before I signed any lease.

Waterford Bay Apartments is a great place for anyone seeking to be near the water and nature AND the amenities of city living. There are good restaurants, entertainment, parks, and access to kayaks (Lake Pickering) nearby and its easy to hop on a bus to get Trader Joe's, the Mississippi Food Co-Op, downtown St Paul, the airport, and the Mall of America. It is a quiet, peaceful location with amazing views of the river and bluffs. The management and residents are authentically welcoming and friendly. Although it is a large property, it feels "homey". Wayerford Bay is a community I really look forward to being a part of for years to come.
