Property Ratings at Walden Village
Park Place is a good apartment off the S.Maple road. There are open space around the building and have a pool and children play area. Rent is on the higher side considering the age and building construction. The floor is noisy and if some one walk in the apartment above you you can hear the squeaky sound of the metal frame moving. There is parking next to the building. Laundry facility not available in all buildings. Maintenance is good and they respond quickly to the requests.
