The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Vivo Living Longmont
This is a horrible place to live. The management company only cares about the money not about the people that live there. The price they charge for rent is insane. The "entertainment" package they charge you for is crap because you can't use anything it is for. The ONLY good thing about that entire place is the maintenance man James he is the only one that cares about the residents and gets things done and the only one that knows anything about it. STAY AWAY! Seriously its not worth the prices they charge.
Prices aren’t right as advertised and you got the side doors broken by other people when homeless and others can get in and do whatever and it’s a safety concern. The pool hasn’t been cleaned in over a couple years and it’s just not a safe place for family or friends to come over. I’d advise anyone who reads this even though it’s a low end apartment complex. It’s sad.
The sprinkler system went off and flooded 4 apartments full of brown water that smells like puke, the fire department came and explained everything to us, but the manager refuses to acknowledge it even happened. The laundry rooms smell like mold and the one upstairs is currently flooding the hallway. The pool hasn’t been “sparkling” like advertised in over a year & 1/2, yet they still tell new renters it’s in working condition. I pay $75 a month for wifi and it has NEVER worked the whole time I’ve lived here (over a year). The management is the worst, they roll their eyes and lie to you. Do not live here.

management is a nightmare; the water pressure went out today and the fire alarms keep going off. The staff never answers emails and has an attitude when you try to talk to them. The front desk workers roll their eyes of you ask a question. never live here.

Management is really bad. They never respond, everything is broken, and there are bugs in the halls, laundry rooms, and holes in the ceiling. Never live here.

I’m literally going to therapy because this place stressed me out so much. There’s so many homeless and drug activity it’s scary. All the amenities they advertise are broken, and the manager is horrible. They never fix the heat when it’s below freezing. Never live here.

the photos are NOTHING like reality, we currently do not have a leasing manager and since I have lived here we get a new one every month because it’s SO bad here. It’s a corporate money suck. They are ripping everyone off as much as they can. The meth population overruns the halls. Car theft, burst pipes, bugs in the laundry units, broken A/C (their solution is to drill a hole in your hall to the outside instead of get a new A/C), the ceiling is falling in different places around the building. The police are called here all the time. Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. I cut my lease short for inhabitable living conditions. Do not live here.

The management is horrible, says to contact an "info" email address if we have concerns, and never answers or LIES to your face about fixing problems around the apartment. METH IS EVERYWHERE and they dont do nothing about it. we do not have working heating or air conditioning for MONTHS and the management says its fixed, when it is not. the police are here all the time, and the hallways STINK like mold. DO NOT live here. worst place I have ever lived.
WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE!! Dealing with the Management here is no less than a nightmare. Avoid this place at all cost!
