The neighborhood of Scott’s Addition is a historic district in Richmond, encompassed by many buildings and structures that contributed to its achievements. This community just south of Bryan Park noticeably became a part of the “Virginia Beer Boom” after the state’s blue laws were reformed. Inside this close-knit community, nine alcohol producers call Scott’s Addition home.
Because of the breweries and distilleries here – like the Veil Brewing Company and Buskey Cider – tourism soared in Scott’s Addition. In addition to many places to grab drinks, there are tons of restaurants in walking distance of one another. To commute into Richmond, residents enjoy the convenience of city bus service and Interstate 195.

I love the location and how kind the leasing staff is! I feel very at home being spoken too so kindly. They really helped to calm a lot of my thoughts in moving to a new place!
I just moved into the GEM at Scott’s Collection a few days ago and have loved every minute of it thus far. The location is great, rooms are modern and sleek, and the amentities are amazing.
Leasing office was very friendly and super helpful during the move-in process! They helped guide us during the application process and were overall super kind.
Great place to live. Everyone is super nice, the common areas as clean and the maintenance is fast. The only thing that is annoying is the sparking water machines never work.
-It’s quiet and the people that stay around here is nice. -a lot of stores and restaurants are nearby and the highway isn’t too far away which is the best part
Love the amenities and location. Easy to walk to and from most spots in Scott’s, the measure district or Diamond. The staff are also extremely attentive, helpful answering any questions or work orders!

They have been very easy to work with and consistently responsive. Any request I’ve had has typically been handled quickly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout the process. Their professionalism and willingness to accommodate specific needs make working with them a seamless experience. Overall, it's been a positive and dependable partnership.
I really have enjoyed living here, my building is quiet and always clean. Feels like I'm living in a hotel! I also love that fact that I am in walking distance to so many different eateries and shops.
Love living here! I like the amenities & people are always friendly. Location is perfect, so much to do within walking distance. Only downside is parking can be tough
Overall, I’ve enjoyed living here with few minor situations that have come up. The ownership change was hard, but it was fine once we were though the thick of it.
