Vista at Dallas

I have been a resident at Vista Dallas for more than a year and I have received the best service. The location is perfect for the price and my apartment is spacious and very affordable. Thank you Vista Dallas for the wonderful service you have provided us!

This luxury apartment building is exceptional in every way. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with restaurants, cafes, and shops all within walking distance. Sherridan, the leasing manager, is particularly fantastic—he’s incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. His professionalism and friendly attitude make all the difference. If you're looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and outstanding service, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

This facility is very well maintained. Hallways are clean, trash is managed, and the amenities are well kept. For example, the outdoor grill looks brand new due to how often it is cleaned. Additionally, the staff are very attentive and go the extra mile. Sheridan and Ryan are exceptional property managers that make consistent effort to ensure residents are happy at the Vista.

Love the property! Many attractions within walking distance. The maintenance crew crew is amazing and fast responding, Cesar is the best at it. With professionalism and kindness always a big smile doing the best job and supper efficient. The office crew super friendly. So happy to live here!

I can't say enough amazing things about this place. I've lived at around 15 different places as I am always on the move and this is hands down my favorite. First of all, a huge shout out to Sheridan, the property manager. He has gone above and beyond in every sense on multiple occasions for me. The property is always clean and maintained so well. If something breaks it is almost always fixed the same day or next day. The property itself is also absolutely perfect in every logistical way. The mail and package room are right in the lobby where you have to walk by it so it's easy to get to, especially if you are are walking a dog daily anyway. The garage is so easy and quick to get in and out of with plenty of parking. The pool and workout center are only a few doors down, living on the 7th floor. Getting on the freeway is a couple blocks away making it ridiculously easy to get in and out of here. Tom thumb, cvs and a 24 hour 7/11 are walking distance as well as so many restaurants and shops. The American Airlines center is 2 blocks away and they have not only all the sporting events, but tons of comedians and concerts etc. I regularly get last minute tickets for cheap and have gotten to go to tons of events. The walls are also thick to where I almost NEVER hear my neighbors which is extremely important to having a small tornado of a dog who is sensitive to noises. I am planning on staying for as long as possible here, I can't imagine why anyone would leave these apartments. 10/10 in every aspect. Thank you Sheridan for your amazing hospitality and your efforts are absolutely seen by all the residents here. You truly caring about the people and your job is so evident and makes a massive difference in this community. Thank you!

Staff is friendly and sweet. Gabriela does a phenomenal job at keeping the place nice and clean and is a sweet lady.

Move in was easy and seamless. Great staff! On top of any maintenance issues. I love that it’s a smaller property. Never hear anyone above me or beside me! Very well built regarding noise control!

The community is beautiful well kept and comfy! The staff is amazing! Stephanie is so helpful and hard working! So much great food and stores to shop at nearby! It's the perfect area for literally anything. I couldn't have chosen a better place to spend the next couple years!

The Vista Building is well run. The staff is available when needed, and the people are welcoming. Maintenance is timely. It has been an overall great experience in the Victory Park area, and the vista is central to that experience. Go Mavs!

I moved here a year ago and staying. Staff is awesome especially Sheridan. The pool is lit and gym is perfect. Also love that Katy Trail is just around the corner. Secured parking and views are best.

The absolute best part of living at the Vista is the property manager Courtney and the assistant manager Larissa. I'm a super high maintenance personality and they have been so highly attentive to my numerous needs. They constantly have gone over and beyond to make sure I'm happy. One example- Larissa processed an additional application the same day for with our hesitation. I knew she was busy since it was the beginning of the month and she had more urgent matters to deal with... like everyones rent checks! Another example - When I needed more space, Courtney addressed my need immediately and did everything possible to make sure had the additional space I needed right away and ensured that I was satisfied. Well satisfied was an understatement because I was absolutely ecstatic! I really have to give some major credit to the property maintenance supervisor and his team. They are the best I've ever experienced anywhere. They are constantly super knowledgeable, responsive and fast! The new management and maintenance team has more than exceeded my expectations with providing me with the highest level of service, and I cannot thank them enough.

Love this building from the moment I went into the office to talk about leasing. The staff is great and always willing to help with any situation. The area is also great, with shops and dining in walking distance and there's more to come.
