Don't let it Fool you!

This place is horrible. The mgmt will lie lie lie. They get tax credits and rope in older people that are on a fixed income being the place is also income restricted. You may pay a bit lower rent but they are making huge tax credits from their residents. It all sounds good and seems wonderful,, full size washer and dryer in all the units, nice pool exaggerated comments how wonderful the manager girls are. Don't be fooled VISIT VISIT AND VISIT again before you jump in and regret it. Seriously do your homework before moving here. Dont make yourself Sorry. FIND A BETTER PLACE TO CALL HOME. Don't end up broke and dependent and no way out. Think before you leap.. Bad place Dont end your life here!

Review AMAZING dated 8-24-2015

I wrote this review and in 2017 I moved out because this was NO LONGER TRUE, and to this day they are still advertising amenities that they do not have. This also is not a gated community. Go see for yourself.

Excellent!

Excellent place to live we are very happy with our move here! The management is the best very helpful and friendly Amy and Nicole are awesome! The building and the grounds are very neat clean and nicely decorated plus there's so much to do here. The residents are also very friendly and helpful it's just an excellent place to live! Vintage at Laughlin

I have lived here for a little over a year. They have a pool, but it is not heated during the winter, management allows you to smoke inside your apartment, there is no tanning salon, no craft room, no beauty shop on site, after 5:00 no manger on site and you can never get ahold of the "after hours" emergency person on duty, and the front doors are locked on Saturday and Sunday because no management is available. I love my apartment, but the noise from other apartments is terrible, and nothing is done to help with those concerns. Your rent will increase every time you sign to re-lease each year. Good luck!

Amazing

The management is awesome !! They have great apartments and nice clean pool. They have a nice community room which they play bingo weekly. They have bus services if you need them. The fitness room has energy drinks which I never saw before thats really nice. They allow ur furry little friends which is always nice. Just wanted to thank the management team for making my life as comfortable as possible. It's appreciated when they go the extra mile. THANK YOU !!!
