Great staff, ambience. Maintenance is always cleared extremly fast. Shuttle service is great. If shuttle service would be expanded to lunch hours additionally that would be great.

It’s a nice building, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The pool area is big and you have a lot space to relax. The gym is more than enough for me. Big windows and bright light in the apartment.

Relatively new resident to VINE and we're loving it so far! The staff are all attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The various smaller features/amenities provide little boosts to quality of life, including the butterfly entrance app, package concierge, parking garage app, and especially the path station shuttle. The amenities themselves (terrace, pool, grills, gym, etc.) are also very nice. Although I do wish the gym had a few more items, like an ERG, pull up bar, or a single barbell. Maybe in the future, they'll install a Tonal system or something. The units themselves are lovely, with the views being the signature feature. I especially enjoy the size and layout of the kitchen and the higher ceilings. As a loud talker however, I do wish the partition walls were built with a bit more effort towards acoustic dampening. All in all, I would happily recommend this building to a friend or colleague.

The apartments are nice and feature large windows, which provide ample natural light. However, the windows have poor insulation, resulting in significant heat loss and requiring constant heating throughout the winter months. Additionally, the maintenance services are inadequate, and management does not appear to take complaints seriously.

So far, we love living at the Vine! The building is extremely clean and always has maintenance staff and a cleaning crew working on the premises. The shuttle and the parking garage are also very convenient. Looking forward to using the pool and rooftop in the summer!

VINE apartments are lovely! The appliances are brand new and the apartments in general are very nice. The building is clean, and the amenities are excellent. The pool, gym, and shuttle to the PATH have all made the living experience here more convenient. Just note that if you use the parking garage every day to get your car to go to work, it can be a pain sometimes. Your car always comes out within 10-11 minutes max, but it is annoying to wait for. Overall, living at VINE has been a pleasant experience.
