An hour north of Austin and just 36 miles south of Waco, Temple is a wonderful place for the whole family in Texas. Just east of Belton Lake, Temple offers lake views and aquatic outdoor recreational opportunities. The Draughon-Miller Central Texas Regional Airport resides in town, as well as community parks and golf courses. The Sammons Golf Links is a great community spot, as well as the Wildflower Country Club, offering its members championship golf, tennis courts, swimming pools, and fine dining.
Founded as a railroad town in 1881, residents enjoy the historical significance of Temple’s railroads. Be sure to visit the Temple Railroad and Heritage Museum in the city’s historic Santa Fe Depot to explore the history of working and traveling on the railroad. Overall, it is a really nice neighborhood! There are a lot of amenities like the gym, the pool, and free coffee! The management needs improvement in terms of communication though.

Maintenance and staff are amazing, only complaints are the gates haven’t worked in years and also the noise which yall prob can’t help because a lot of it is the exhaust from these cars and trucks

Living at Villas on the Hill has been really nice. My only complaint is that I've had some cockroaches in my apartment, but maintenance helped me out with this problem quickly.

My experience is one of mixed feelings. When I first moved in 3 years ago when I move in all the gates worked I felt secure, not anymore. Cleanliness was a priority, there is trash on stairs and it has been a while since the building has been power washed. The main office is always closed even when there is three people in the office, not understanding why everyone has to be gone at the same time. There has been decrease in parking spaces, I don’t think everyone parked in the lot has a facility parking sticker. The swimming pool has not been cleaned since lived here, pool doesn’t look like the one the website. The electrical box on the building falls off once a year since I lived in the building causing power outage which inconvenience everyone.

Been here for almost 2 years now. It’s a great place I called home. Safety is a must for me that is why I prefer to stay here. Amenities are great as well. In addition to that, they have a regular events for their tenants too. All staffs are accommodating and friendly.

The apartment is great! Only thing that is preventing it to be 5 star is communication is hard when people do not normally answer the phone or in person for communication. Also hallways are dirty from the mandatory ballet trash service.

Nice and cozy. No play place for children though. But it has swimming pool to take a while for fun-hungry children. The gym is clean but some equipment is missing for hard core workouts. The TV does not have remote to navigate

I’ve enjoyed my stay here so far. The community is quiet, and although I haven’t been very active, the emails I receive show that the community is vibrant, with residents staying informed and engaged in various activities. I appreciate the clean environment overall, but I’ve noticed that the hallways and stairwells can occasionally get dirty. It would be great if there were more regular cleaning arrangements for those areas. Other than that, I’ve had a positive experience living here.

Very comfortable and friendly day neighbors. The staff was receptive and accomidating. There were alot of community events that unfortunately work kept me from attending that looked fun. When my family would come to visit they enjoyed the pool and amenities and the staff were so polite to them ( shout out to lillie)

Excellent place to live. Office staff is top notch. All 2 gals are top of the line. Maintenance crew is fantastic. Know what they are doing. Get it done. Always clean up are when finished. Grounds are kept immaculate. Location is the very best. Close to all essential needs. Grocery, pharmacy , veterinary office, cleaners, doctors offices, hospital and big box drug stores. I would not live anywhere else. Quite nice safe environment.

Although I haven’t lived here long, the staff has been friendly, professional, and responsive. The complex appears well maintained. This is a large unit with an equally sized patio.
