very clean and organized place. Everything is within access. Parking is always easy to handle. only downfall is the double gate going in out of mail room or trying to get into the gym after going through those doors.

My experience is one of mixed feelings. When I first moved in 3 years ago when I move in all the gates worked I felt secure, not anymore. Cleanliness was a priority, there is trash on stairs and it has been a while since the building has been power washed. The main office is always closed even when there is three people in the office, not understanding why everyone has to be gone at the same time. There has been decrease in parking spaces, I don’t think everyone parked in the lot has a facility parking sticker. The swimming pool has not been cleaned since lived here, pool doesn’t look like the one the website. The electrical box on the building falls off once a year since I lived in the building causing power outage which inconvenience everyone.

Been here for almost 2 years now. It’s a great place I called home. Safety is a must for me that is why I prefer to stay here. Amenities are great as well. In addition to that, they have a regular events for their tenants too. All staffs are accommodating and friendly.

Everything was great. I just hope we can have smoother communication between tenants and the apartment manager. Because sometimes it was hard to connect to the office.

The apartment is great! Only thing that is preventing it to be 5 star is communication is hard when people do not normally answer the phone or in person for communication. Also hallways are dirty from the mandatory ballet trash service.

The place is really nice! The area feels safe and not too noisy. People around are friendly and nice. Lots of food places and shops within walking distance.

Nice and cozy. No play place for children though. But it has swimming pool to take a while for fun-hungry children. The gym is clean but some equipment is missing for hard core workouts. The TV does not have remote to navigate

Staff is excellent, helpful and kind. It is always a pleasure to see them. Amenities are excellent and kept well. Issues and maintenance are always addressed quickly and resolved in a professional and timely manner. Overall very great place to live.

I’ve enjoyed my stay here so far. The community is quiet, and although I haven’t been very active, the emails I receive show that the community is vibrant, with residents staying informed and engaged in various activities. I appreciate the clean environment overall, but I’ve noticed that the hallways and stairwells can occasionally get dirty. It would be great if there were more regular cleaning arrangements for those areas. Other than that, I’ve had a positive experience living here.
