An hour north of Austin and just 36 miles south of Waco, Temple is a wonderful place for the whole family in Texas. Just east of Belton Lake, Temple offers lake views and aquatic outdoor recreational opportunities. I enjoy the quiet community and friendly neighbors. Easy access to all the shopping and restaurants in Temple so location is great. Parking can be hard to find sometimes without paying for covered parking.

It’s a great place to be everyone on the office is very friendly helpful and understanding. Wish they had a small playground for the kiddos when the pool is not available. Wish there was more events but other than that we love it here!

Maintenance and staff are amazing, only complaints are the gates haven’t worked in years and also the noise which yall prob can’t help because a lot of it is the exhaust from these cars and trucks

My experience is one of mixed feelings. When I first moved in 3 years ago when I move in all the gates worked I felt secure, not anymore. Cleanliness was a priority, there is trash on stairs and it has been a while since the building has been power washed. The main office is always closed even when there is three people in the office, not understanding why everyone has to be gone at the same time. There has been decrease in parking spaces, I don’t think everyone parked in the lot has a facility parking sticker. The swimming pool has not been cleaned since lived here, pool doesn’t look like the one the website. The electrical box on the building falls off once a year since I lived in the building causing power outage which inconvenience everyone.

Been here for almost 2 years now. It’s a great place I called home. Safety is a must for me that is why I prefer to stay here. Amenities are great as well. In addition to that, they have a regular events for their tenants too. All staffs are accommodating and friendly.

The apartment is great! Only thing that is preventing it to be 5 star is communication is hard when people do not normally answer the phone or in person for communication. Also hallways are dirty from the mandatory ballet trash service.

Nice and cozy. No play place for children though. But it has swimming pool to take a while for fun-hungry children. The gym is clean but some equipment is missing for hard core workouts. The TV does not have remote to navigate

Staff is excellent, helpful and kind. It is always a pleasure to see them. Amenities are excellent and kept well. Issues and maintenance are always addressed quickly and resolved in a professional and timely manner. Overall very great place to live.

I’ve enjoyed my stay here so far. The community is quiet, and although I haven’t been very active, the emails I receive show that the community is vibrant, with residents staying informed and engaged in various activities. I appreciate the clean environment overall, but I’ve noticed that the hallways and stairwells can occasionally get dirty. It would be great if there were more regular cleaning arrangements for those areas. Other than that, I’ve had a positive experience living here.

Been here for more than a year now and I must say that this apartment went beyond my expectation. Apartment is very tidy. It has a safe neighbourhood. Amenities such as pool and gym are great as well. Staffs are very friendly and responds immediately to any concerns. Looking forward for more years of staying here in this apartment.

I love living here. The staff, & amenities are fantastic. Great gym and pool proximity to hospital , restaurants and shopping is convenient . I’m not from the area so I wish there was more to do in town.
