I have been here for about 1 year and I must say I love the place. The staff, maintenance team , amenities just to mention a few things are phenomenal. I would recommend to anyone searching for comfort. Please consider when scouting a rental apartment. A must visit.

Save yourself the trouble, don’t live here!! Terrible customer service/management. Takes them years just for them to get a task done, and super unfriendly to their residents. The Walls are thin, lots of noise. Other neighbors are also pretty unhappy about the management here and the lack of service/action that is done when there’s a complaint. Such a restless place to be in.

We are sincerely sorry that your experience at The Villas at Rollingbrook has not been a positive one. Our management and maintenance staff work very hard every day to provide superior service to our residents. We encourage any residents who are not satisfied to contact the Manager and give them an opportunity to address and resolve their concerns. If a resident is not satisfied with the Manager’s response – they are encouraged to contact our corporate office and to speak to the Tipton Regional Supervisor who directly oversees the community. That process is normally very effective in addressing legitimate management or maintenance items and ensuring that they are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of all.
The walls here are thin; under new management; some residents are inconsiderate and play loud music early in the morning and late at night; contacted management and courtsey officer and nothing is being done; been here almost five years and very dissatisfied this past year!

I have really enjoyed living here! Great apartment, great neighbors, the people in the office are always so nice and actually care about what’s going on with people and in your apartment and in your life and the maintenance man is always timely and doesn’t make a mess. 5 stars in my book!!!

We moved here in July 2018 and I must say there aren’t any complaints. The property is well-maintained. It definitely beats any apartments in this area. The office staff and maintenance is very prompt in handling any issues and concerns. I would definitely recommend Villas at Rollingbrook.

Resident of 2 years here. I have had a wonderful stay here and look forward to signing another renewal. Tianne, Kat, and Erika in the office are all very kind and very helpful. The maintenance staff is also very helpful and efficient. Anything that we have needed over the course of our stay so far has been taken care of within a day, and we always love to stop by the office and chat with the ladies! We have been residents at Villas of Rollingbrook for several years and am impressed with security (including attached garages), peacefulness of the complex, management and maintenance of the grounds. Recently my husband and I were out of state, had an issue at the apartment and called the office and spoke with Ashley. She went above and beyond working along with maintenance after hours to help us. We are very grateful and would recommend the complex, do love the new expanded gym.

Unless you like being woken up all the time don't move in. 1. Garbage trucks pick up trash 3 times a week at 5:30 in the A.M. and picks up the trash every Saturday at 5:30 A.M. Complex echos terribly and you can hear every dumpster being dropped. More than 10 tenants have complained but management says that there is nothing she can do and that it is the city's fault. 2. Floors are thin so move above all other tenants because you will hear every step on these hard simulated plastic floors. 3. Management is rude at times. Guess it just depends on their mood . Hopefully you will catch them on a good day. :) 4. Electrical problems throughout the complex. Our above neighbor moved out because surges in the outlet kept frying her computer. Also if you turn on or off the lights too quickly it may cause breaker to flip off. Still no fix for our problem. 5. Fire alarms go off at all hours of the night. No solution. Maybe has something to do with other electrical issues. If you move in good luck. Think these could be fabulous apartments if management just took the initiative to fix or take care of issues. I read all reviews...mostly positive and took a gamble. Not too happy with them. Will be moving out within the year. Neighbors are very nice and apartments clean. Just don't like being woken up all the time for various reasons.

We are so disappointed that you have had an unpleasant experience. We would love to address your issues with you directly but it is hard to do so from anonymous sources. We take every complaint and issue very seriously and we would love to take care of your. Please contact us immediately so we can address it. We have contacted our garbage company several times about picking up the trash that early and have asked them to come later. Unfortunately it depends on their workload for that particular day but I can assure you that we will continue to contact them until the issue is resolved to their satisfaction. If you are having a noise issue, again, please contact us. It is very likely that your neighbor is unaware of how loud they are being. As for the electrical problems, we would love to address this but will be unable to do so if we do not know where to look. Nestled in a suburb of Houston, this apartment home complex is perfect! Peaceful and modern; the clubhouse has an entertainment space that you can reserve for parties and a complete kitchen to facilitate dining. The pool is beautifully landscaped and has an outdoor TV and gas grills. The apartment has garages for privacy entrance to your home. This gated community is just twenty minutes from the metropolis of Houston, where art, culture, fabulous dining and entertainment can be yours to enjoy. Private patios for each home and the space is incredible! Garden tub, granite counters and a walk-in closet that accommodates my shoes; and it is all about the shoes!
