Great Mills is a suburban community next door to Lexington Park and Naval Air Station Patuxent. Most of the community’s southern portion blends in with the surrounding St. Mary’s County countryside, with the north end hosting the majority of the residential neighborhoods. Hosting almost no major commercial activity, Great Mills mainly serves as a home base for folks who work in neighboring towns, including armed service personnel and civilian military employees seeking off-base housing. Numerous large shopping centers can be found just outside of town along Three Notch Road, particularly around the intersection with Great Mills Road near the Navy base.

When we were looking for a suitable place to live we searched all over the area. The Villas had the space, amenities and flexible leasing terms we were looking for. The staff has been welcoming and accommodating. We had 1 maintenance issue that was addressed. The renovated units are really nice as well. Overall we are pleased with our decision to move here.

We’ve have neighbors blasting music for days, have called, emailed, went by the office and they say “oh we’ll address it”… days later and nothing has been addressed. The parking is horrible. Lease claims that only 2 cars per house but there are people with 3 or more cars and the office doesn’t do anything because “we don’t have assigned parking” even though it’s in the lease that we have 2 spots ? The only good aspects are that the maintenance people and the pool… that’s it. It’s gone downhill since we started renting, wish we didn’t resign!

Nice living community that is close to schools, restaurants and stores. Leasing staff and technicians are all kind and very professional.
I would definitely recommend Villas at Greenview to anyone looking for a rental in the area. The staff is great, community is well maintained, residents are nice and parking has never been an issue. I am very pleased with my experience so far.

Such a quiet, clean, and all around nice place to live. The staff is also very nice, helpful, and professional.
I have a friend moving to the area and recently took a tour of the 3BR unit with her. Caitlin was very courteous and helpful and let us know the tenants are the priority. The unit was nicely maintained and the grounds were beautiful.
My brother currently is working for the cove point project and is living at villas at green view. I have come to visit him a few times and have always had a good experience. The two ladies in the office are always eager to help and go out of their way to assist. Maintenance is quick to respond to any work that needs done and are pleasant when they are in your home. The community is nice and is located close to town. If i moved to the area I would rent from this community.

I'm in the process of looking for a place to live and recently went to the Villa of Greenville in Great Mills, let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised at the well maintained grounds the spacious living room and bedrooms and the rental specialist who took me on the tour,. They took the time to answer every questions I had and made sure that I left very knowledgeable about this lovely community, rest assure I will be back to submit my application and look forward to a lifetime as a resident in this lovely community.
the villas at Greenview has been a wonderful community to live in. the maintenance is always on the ball if any issue arises. i love the townhouse and its perfect for my son and i! the management and employees are always friendly courteous and helpful.. highly recommend living here!!!
5 year resident. Zero crime issues. Sizable child presence, multiple bus stops. Peaceful with multiple community events throughout the year. Useful renewal bonuses ranging from unit modifications to free carpet cleanings! Quick with maintenance requests, good folks all round. Highly recommended!
