With it being between the golf course and the park it is normally quite. The new maintenance staff has been very helpful and fast.

Decent place- but maintenance is somewhat not as great. I feel unsafe due to a car break-in, and there was a shooting in the parking lot. Laundry Room has only one working machine.

We appreciate your feedback from 2020. As of October 2021 this community is under new management and a number of new improvements are underway. It is an exciting team to be a part of the Villas.
The property manager was very generous and helpful. She showed me two different apartments and I finally decided to go with the largest one bedroom.
Really nice and clean property Manager is awesome!
