Recently relocated from Nashville, Tn to Houston, Tx and love Village on Memorial. The gated community provides me with a peace of mind for security, the property is clean and staff/maintenance team are very friendly and professional. Coming to a new city/state, I wasn?t sure what to expect when selecting a new home - needless to say, I do not regret my decision to Village on Memorial.
The property is quiet
Village on Memorial is a small community removed from the hustle and bustle of Houston proper. Kids out playing in the park, beautiful landscaping and unique floorplans make this community one of a kind..
This is a safe, clean community with a responsive staff.
Overall great community, great neighborhood, great area of the city.
VOM is a lovely community with beautiful landscaping and nice varity in townhome styles. It is situated next to a park which is convenient and neighbors, for the most part, are respectful of their neighbors. If I had one beef: too may dogs, too much barking..
Wonderful units that feel more like homes then apartments. Knowledgeable & friendly leasing staff!

Excellent location. Professional and responsive staff. Updated controlled access. The property is in a great location with quick access to I10 and the belt and is surrounded by many good shopping and dining options. The recreation opportunities are also well above average. The community has a relaxed and cloistered atmosphere despite its proximity to the highway.

The 3-bedroom apartments have a good space distribution. The balcony should be larger (other 2-bedroom apts have much larger balconies). The neighborhood is kind and silent, and the location is excellent for my needs.

I have lived at the Village on Memorial Townhomes for over a month now. I found the leasing staff to be friendly and supportive. I found a few small issues when I moved in and the service tickets were handled quickly (24hrs). The property feels clean, safe, and quiet. For me the location is very convenient being close to my work and right next to the I-10 feeder making it a quick shot downtown. My favorite part is probably the extensive Terry Hershey park path that abuts the property.

The best part of living here is the location and you get the feel of your own home versus living in an apartment building. It's a safe, quiet location with access to Terry Hershey Park. However, beware of high prices with little to no amenities. The only amenities I can think of are the gym, pool and food truck Wednesdays.

I lived in town home for the first time in Houston. The premises are clean and you can spend your time comfortably. There is also a maintenance service.

The Village is a great place to live. It is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. There is a nice path that runs right down the middle from each end of the complex. Very pet-friendly with pet relief areas at each end and doggy bag stations throughout. Sonya will be sure to get you in the right unit for you. And if there are any issues to address she and Monique will handle them quickly, courteously and professionally.
Village on Memorial feels more like a home than an apartment community. The residents and staff are friendly.
Dues to my job being relocated , my fiancé and I viewied countless numbers of apartments, town homes and "others" (not quite sure what they were supposed to be), until we finally came across Villages on Memorial town homes. Although we had driven up and down the I10 more times than we could remember, this hidden gem did exactly that, it stayed hidden. Though an older property, it's mature and incredibly beautiful greenery gives the feel of a beautiful oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle. Having chosen the B3 2 bedroom option, we immediately knew we had chosen the right place. With 2 clearly divided living spaces, huge floor to ceiling Windows and beautiful hardwood floors, the kitchen/living space feels warm and homely. With a good sized open plan layout and plenty of work space for the budding chef, the kitchen does exactly what it should even with slightly dated appliances. The 2 large bedrooms with fantastic walk in closets are a girls dream, coupled with 2 full sizes bathrooms, both with large garden tubs (master with separate shower) there is more than ample space to relax and enjoy. The unit also comes with a large Juliet balcony and a fully workable 2 car garage. Now your obviously waiting for the downside, well honestly there isn't one. The staff at Villages are wonderful and more than willing to help where they can, The property is kept to a very high standard as is the beautiful pool, fully equipped gym, office facility and communal areas. They also offer free bike hire to residents to tour Hershey Park which connects directly to the property which I am sure is appreciated by those who use the service. All in all, I truly wish we had found this place 3 years ago, but at least we are finally home now.
