Love my apartment and how quiet the property is! The manager and maintenance are great!
This apartments are infested with rats, you can hear them through the walls and air vents. Some people have them in there apartments, and there food and things are being ate/damaged because of them. Laundry mat is a mess, lights don’t work and there’s only 2 washers working!
They are older apartments complex but very nice apartments the office lady is the greatest and always fixed things in a timely matter
I have been fortunate enough to live here for almost a year now, and I hope it will be my "forever home!" The apartment manager, Hilda, is an amazing person and does her best to make sure all of the residents are happy and well-cared for. She is truly dedicated to making these apartments the home you will never want to leave. My unit is clean, pest-free, and surrounded by really good neighbors where I can safe at all times. I feel it is a great value and provides all I need in a home for an excellent price. I couldn't be happier and feel blessed to have found this community to call "home."
Hilda is friendly nice calm helpful and I have any questions or concerns she responds quickly as possible and she is also kind. She helped me look at the place where I live now. She is the best manager on this property and I would love to keep her here forever as the manager.
Our experience has been a great one. Hilda is a woman of her word and she is passionate about the tenants. Maintenance is very responsive and does a great job. Our apartment is clean no pests and the neighborhood is clean and peaceful. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home
Me and my husband Earnest Sexton love our Property manager and we love or home! We been here for over 9 yrs and we love living here.
My husband and I have only been living here a month, and we are satisfied with our unit. We are greatful for the opportunity, and for Ms. Hilda the manager. She has a wonderful attitude, and a very caring spirit. From the initial call for information, to viewing the apartment she was professional and showed a passion for her job. Well kepted up landscaping, security gates, and surveillance.
The manager works with you, I lave the small community we have.
I have been with my apartments for almost 3 years now and would have to say i have only had one item fixed during those 3 years. The maintenance is very poor the buildings are falling apart and sometimes we do not have proper air systems. The prices are amazing for all bills paid, but they are not worth the stress. The office is always closed and even when you file a complaint it will take weeks before they contact you if they even contact you.

FOr the efficiency I live in, it is fairly spacious, and I've had few maintainance issues since I've lived here for three years.
