Very quiet and not crowded and it's comfortable for the most part
They control your ac and heat, on these hot days it’s been 85 degrees out side it gets super hot inside the apartment even with the window open. the old management let us put window ac units but these new one won’t lets us do it they even said it we put one will be a fine of 100 dollar per day!!!!! Just don’t move here if you don’t like to be control on the ac by the apartment’s management
Roach infested, drug infested, poorly maintained property. Should be condemned by the city. Live there a year most of the time didn't have hot water, cold water, AC or heating The property was always flooded with sewage water Now that we moved out, they are trying to charge us for repairs that they didn't make
I should have known better but I was desperate. I signed my lease and I have regretted it every single day since. I have been here since June. When I first moved in it was DIRTY I mean disgusting. Had broken windows. Stuff leaking from the ceiling. The master bedroom was nailed shut and had a deadbolt on the master bathroom door as if someone previously was keeping someone or something locked up. Missing doorknobs and shelves. No shower head or bathroom shower rod to have a curtain. (I had to buy those on my own). Also, have had issues with the heat/AC since I’ve been here. Then the gunshots. It’s constant and even happens in the breezeway. I find she’ll casings all the time. It’s constantly trashed. So many domestic disputes. Especially my neighbors. Kids running around with no supervision, fighting, screaming and destroying property. No laundry like it states. Definitely not controlled access - all gates are broken. They are never in the office, at least a sign says they aren’t but I see them inside. Takes weeks to answer work orders and never answer phone calls. And the best of all - a roach infestation that has not and probably will never be fixed. I’m a clean person, and it just gets worse and worse and worse every single day. When I move I won’t be taking anything with me. They have taken over all my belongings. You can paint this place all you want - but it is GARBAGE. And I will let every single social media platform know it.
