Victory Place Apartments

Food delivery yjry let in every day to secure floors. None of the delivery drivers are checked. Make them leave food at front desk! No security for parking- i pay extra for a reserved spot and now 10 times i have had someone take my spot in 6 monthss!!!

I moved in yesterday but so far it’s been great! The concierge were super friendly and helpful getting us set up and moved in, as well as other residents welcoming us to the community and offering to help! The apartment itself was also very clean and so pretty. Excited to settle in here!

This is how luxury living should be. The staff is not only professional but friendly. They screen residents to ensure the community is a great place to live.

Living here has been great. Only complaint is that elevators take long sometimes. My friends love coming over to my apartment due to how nice and luxurious it is

It was easy and efficient to move in and there is a great view of the city from the apartment. The leasing office is very helpful and the 24/7 concierge is great.

Maintenance and front desk staff is very helpful. The apartments and common areas are very tidy and clean. Nice events get organized like New years.

So far so good just got here but it’s pretty cool. Looking forward to getting to know the area and hit the pool in the summer. The views are great

Absolutely love this building. Amazing amenities. Also, they have 24-hour staff. Can’t say I’ve stayed anywhere better. The view of the city is also a nice touch.

The move in process was very streamlined and intuitive. Any questions that I had were answered promptly by friendly staff. I recommend Victory Place for: location, community, and building safety.

Victory Place has been very accommodating during our move-in. The receptionist are friendly, and the leasing office is very responsive to needs.

This is TRUE luxury living. I feel pampered every time I speak with an employee. The amenities of the building give you the feeling that you are living in a hotel. This is how luxury living should be!!

I absolutely love living in Victory Place. The amenities are all very well kept and maintained and the staff is so welcoming and attentive! The property is in the best location with so many walkable places around.

Beautiful views, nice amenities. There’s so much to do around this area especially if you like sports. Moving in can be a challenge, hire movers.

Overall great apartment complex, maintenance team and concierge are the best I've had the experience of having in my years of renting. Would be 5Stars if not for the issues with the elevators and the AC units not being able to cool off the apartments in the summers.

Minor things needed to be fixed the day we moved in. But overall, so far so great. Staff is great so far. Parking could be better but not a deal breaker.

Everyone is very friendly and the building is very clean! I love that there are so many restaurants nearby within walking distance. Grocery and convenience stores are close as well

I didn't realize the property was located directly in front of the American Airlines Arena so that was a welcomed surprise. So far my unit is awesome. Can't hear neighbors, amazing view looking north, and awesome staff!

I recently moved to Victory Place, and so far I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Every staff member is extremely kind and helpful, and so are the other residents. Upon my move in, I had (and still don't have) any complaints- everything is extremely clean, quiet and very comfortable. I recommend Victory Place!

I love living here! Everyone is always so kind and inviting, and the building is very clean and safe! The location is so convenient if you’re a fan of the Stars or Mavs or if you work anywhere in the city.

Moved in this week. The concierges are all so nice. I love the views from my apartment. I haven’t had any problems finding parking. The unreserved spots do seem to be a little more narrow. Can’t wait to make use of all the amenities.

Victory Place Apartments in Dallas, TX is a decent place to live. The location is great, and the amenities are nice. However, the noise from nearby construction can be disruptive, and the management appears to be doing what they can for the elevators since that massive water damage that happened. Overall, it's an okay option, but there's room for improvement.

The service is great! Leasing manager Jacob and the concierge Jonathan has been super helpful and responsive. Really appreciate them! The apartment itself is just ok though. My room smelled like someone smoked in there before, and the smell doesn’t go away even after they changed the AC filter.

Saying I love this place would be an understatement. I have gotten the pleasure of meeting Jordan, who is always ready to help you on and off the clock!! (I feel bad bothering him, but he's always kind). Jonathan should be Victory Place's new mascot! He's a refreshing face to see every time you walk in or leave the lobby. He is accommodating & encouraging with every resident. The lobby/hallways/elevators and all building rooms are clean and smell nice. Also, Christopher, who works at night, is amazing. As a girl, coming home late at night is scary. However, Christopher will come and greet you at the door and open it! I never feel unsafe at night. The only thing that could be done is to clean the dirt on the pool wall. Other than that, everything is done to the best standards. Elevators are so fast here! When I first moved I was worried about the parking situation with American Airlines right next to us. But I came home several times now during events & never had a problem!

Nothing but good things to say about the team at Victory Place so far. Jacob has been a tremendous help throughout the process. The concierge is always friendly and goes above and beyond. Move in went smooth, with the ability to reserve an elevator for the movers.

The people at the front desk are awesome. Convenient trash chutes and easy to access dumpsters for recycling and large items. Great location to walk to nearby restaurants stores.

The apartment interiors are really nice with great amenities and it's in an excellent area for events at the AA stadium, restaurants, shops, and stores all within walking distance. Maintenance is quick to handle most issues, and the concierge is always friendly and reliable for packages, etc. Drawbacks include the elevators, pretty often at least one of the elevators goes down or gets reserved for people moving which causes massive lines to form for the elevators which is a big nuisance. The parking garage is disconnected from the building which makes adds time to the commute between the car and the apartment, this is mostly only an issue when the elevator situation isn't great.

Upon moving in I was very impressed with how clean my apartment was. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I feel very safe and comfortable here, I hope I live here for a while!

It has been such a smooth experience, especially with all of the amazing leasing agents! I was wanting a new place to call home and I am so happy I found Victory Place. The amenities, views, and most importantly, the kindest people are there to get to know you and make sure that this apartment is the one for you! This is arguably the best luxury apartment in Dallas!

Been a fantastic experience so far! Everyone at the leasing office is very helpful, and it seems like all the staff genuinely care for you. Apartment is great and maintenance comes basically the same day, no complaints so far!

Management is on top of everything to an impressive manner. What surprises me the most is when there are issues with elevators or other common things, Maintenance doesn’t hide from it. They actively keep residents informed whereas in other buildings I’ve lived they make excuses, hide from complaints or issues, and won’t provide updates for months. Overall very happy with my experience here!

Victory Place has been so amazing! The staff have been incredible and so helpful especially Mike and Jonathan. They assisted my roommate and I with moving and answered any questions we had. In addition, maintenance are speedy with their work orders and super efficient. We have loved living here so far!

The only downside is the inconvenience of the parking garage, elevators, and reserved parking spaces - just requires you to plan ahead!

Great residential building to live in. The apartments are modern and the amenities offer areas with wonderful views. The common areas are one of a kind in town having the pool and terrace on the 25th floor. The neighborhood is trendy and is one of the most entertaining area in Dallas, offering Sports arena, bars and restaurants.

I’ve lived in Uptown and Victory Park for 3 years now and would recommend VP to anyone!! Everyone in the office is helpful, attentive, and proactive. Jordan and Jacob are amazing! The concierge team is genuinely so kind. They make a point to get to know everyone by name, even friends/SO’s. I have friends in most buildings around town and it’s so rare to have a concierge that’s welcoming to everyone. They even set up snacks, popcorn bars, and never fail to have the doors open for you if you’re carrying things inside. And yes - there’s AAC traffic, but if you’ve lived in the area it doesn’t compare to traffic on Pear or Mckinney. There’s always security blocking our street for events to let you through. Oh and we never get 5 o’clock traffic!
