Resting in the San Bernardino Valley, about five miles southwest of Downtown Riverside, La Sierra is a charming neighborhood with its own flavor. La Sierra has several small schools and parks, while multiple beaches are about an hour’s drive away. The neighborhood is home to La Sierra University, creating the vibrant atmosphere of a university town with an abundance of restaurants and shops. Many locals flock to Galleria at Tyler (which has over 180 stores, restaurants, and a movie theater) but La Sierra is also home to an ice-skating rink and a waterpark. The neighborhood is also convenient to California Baptist University and the University of California, Riverside. Residents enjoy a variety of housing options ranging from rows of bungalows to apartment complexes. There are rentals for every budget, but there many options that are much cheaper compared to other Riverside neighborhoods.

My wife and I moved in here at the beginning of February. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here this far. We love the property and the amenities on site. The pool, gym and bbq areas are nice to hang around at. My dog loves going for walks here too!

This is a great place to live. It is quiet and the amenities are excellent. Great for teenagers as they have a game room with a big screen. The grounds are always clean and the pool and jacuzzi are also nice. Maintenance is top notch and any issues gets fixed right away. Also have security at night and responsive when there is a noise issue.

Living here at Viano has been a rollercoaster , my car has been broken into, there has been homeless riding their bikes in and out of the gate to collect cans from the trash bins. Some very loud neighbors who constantly argue.

I spent months researching and touring apartments and their neighborhoods. Viano topped the list and I have to say how fortunate I am to now live here. I love everything about it. The apartments are beautiful with a great layout. The grounds are well kept with beautiful landscaping. The office staff is the most respectful group of people who go above and beyond to satisfy you. Neighbors are loud out of spite. Leasing office will ignore your maintenance emails and complaints. Lights are out all over the property at night. Unsafe to walk the grounds after the sun goes down. Homeless break in and steal packages from people’s porches. Homeless break in and sleep on the couches in the lounge area.

Over all I am happy here my daughter loves it the amenities and overall complex is very nice. More enforcement is needed concerning dogs not being on a leash and them defecating on the grounds and owners not cleaning it up. More access control is needed too easy to access the complex. Mike the maintenance man is awesome he always seem to be in good spirits and is very helpful. I love his customer service.

I love the location and appreciate the details like crown molding and granite counters. Recently, some changes in maintenance policies, like not changing the lightbulbs or fixtures in the apartment, have been frustrating and amenities need general upkeep like cleaning. But I would still recommend the complex due to the location and competitive pricing.

For the years I've been here, I've had no issues and I love it! Neighbors are nice and it's always mostly quiet. Although this place well maintained and is a beautiful property, I am highly dissatisfied with the office management and staff excluding maintenance. It seems that this place only cares about getting people in to rent their units but when it comes to customer service and resident needs, we are swept under the rug and practically ignored.

After living at Viano for several years, I love it here. Friendly staff and neighbors, quiet and clean. The amenities are great also. No complaints. Definitely a place I would recommend to live!

The office ladies made it easy to move in and were understanding to our developing situation. In addition, the maintenance are very cool as well! Parking is sparse though, so I'd highly recommend getting a garage or covered space. Would absolutely recommend!

I love living here and love to stay with some minor changes. Trash services, better parking, keep the homeless out from bathing in the jacuzzi, bring back the keypads at front gate
