The maintenance staff are friendly, the folks at the leasing office are helpful if I have any questions, and the overall community feels welcoming. Few random things that aren’t so fun are: The pool’s and hot tubs have been filthy since I arrived, I was really excited to try them out since this place has 2. People speed like crazy over the speed bumps with no regard for pedestrians. The sign at the front says that there may be cameras, but there aren’t any in sight in the parking lot. My backyard is full of weeds. The maintenance staff are allowed to enter your unit when you’re not home without warning?? That’s a first for me. Came home to a note saying “Here’s what we fixed while you were away.”

Just being nit picky because the location is quiet, feels safe and the apartment was in good condition. The apartments are good but it's doesn't feel like luxury apartments. Other apartments have car washing stations and other amenities. The trees in the parking lot left dust over all the cars, so this would've been useful. The mail room handle is finicky. There's a pothole right in front of the entrance. The pool is dirty (maybe because it's off season). The maintenance people are helpful but they come in without warning and there's no option to opt out of that. I came from an apartment complex where they would let me choose a time that works best for me and have them come at that time frame. Then they would tell me when I'm scheduled. The maintenance is really fast but just no warning. The cell service is two bars all the time which is annoying. The apartments are 20 minutes from everything, but still nice.

its great, very peaceful and quite lots of open area and nature, beautiful options for units and big nice clean pools and hot tub, also I love the bathtub that is a jacuzzi style tub and built in cabinets in dining room area very nice

I’ve been very happy, living here. I love the environment and the peace surrounding it. I enjoy looking out for my balcony onto the Greenbelt. The staff and maintenance personnel are very helpful and always make sure services are rendered in a timely manner. The only thing that I wish could improve Is the monitoring of small children playing in our streets. There’s been lots of instances where children will run across the streets out of nowhere making it very dangerous! And that makes me nervous. I wish we would have a play area so the children would stay away from traffic and keep everyone safe.

there are lot of issues gym equipment are not working lot of issues reported for apartment , no resolution. Since I am on first floor, All the Leaves are in Patio section. My duty is keep cleaning the patio section all the day.

1. Not a clean apartment when I received keys. 2. Unwanted Charges to me on Gas and Electricity when I was not even moved in to apartment. 3. I love my apartment here at Ventana Oaks. The staff have been polite and helpful if I have needed assistsnce. The maintenance workers have been polite when they come to my apartment. The property is kept clean and I love the way the it comes to life in the evenings with the children outside playing, and adults taking walks around the complex. Ventana Oaks takes me back to the way neighborhoods were in the 70's, I like living here very much.

The complex is beautiful in its landscaping and nature, occupants are frequently outside enjoying fresh air, kids play outside in grassy areas with friends after school. The apartments that have been renovated are beautiful, though a bit of a mess was left by the renovators. The office staff is incredibly sweet and helpful.

So far everything has been good since I’ve moved in. I have come across a few issues but, the staff has been very understanding and kind and listens to concerns and tries to accommodate within reasons.

Community is good. Amenities could be better. Rest all looks good. Little hustle on rules put by community office. But over all i could say it is a decent community to stay.

I’ve lived here 6 1/2 years now. I’ve really enjoyed it, love the size of my apartment and I’m planning on renewing my lease . Work orders are taken care of in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is friendly.

It’s a lovely neighborhood and the people are friendly. The maintenance team is always ready to help and they are very quick too. It’s a peaceful place and the view from my balcony is breathtaking, specially at sunrise and sunset.

This aparment complex, has been a nice safe enviroment. My children are able to make friends and play with lots of children in the complex. We enjoy living here.
Overall very good experience. Good space for the price and good staff at the front office. Sometimes have to call maintenance multiple times for the same problem.
Onboarding was not so pleasant experience with the management rules. Had to wait longer to get the keys and no proper communication was provided for providing keys. Also not all amenities were provided as lease. Apartment was missing washer/dryer by the day i moved in. Yet to figure out why they did not and sort this out.

Being a long time resident, I've seen lots of changes here at the property. Basham has remained consistent in the upkeep, management, and overall professional manner of the business. Work orders have always been completed within 24 hours. Office staff always greets with a smile and very proficient in every aspect. Yes, I highly recommend anyone to check Ventana Oaks out as their next home.

I like the location, close to major highways and shopping. Rent is reasonable for the area, amenities are accessible, the workout area is small for the size of the complex. The staff is friendly and accessible, a great place to call home!

We have enjoyed our overall stay the past few years at Ventana, but there have been times we’ve felt a bit manipulated into extra charges around money. We don’t agree with the fetch program, nor do we appreciate that is was forced upon us. We do appreciate the improvements the community has made and the upkeep of the overall apartment complex. Maintenance is always quick to respond as well.

I've lived here for many years now, primarily because of how peaceful it is here. The landscape is very natural with a ranch like atmosphere. I enjoy coming home from work and just sitting on the patio. There's an assortment of wildlife here and I sometimes forget that I live in the city. It's very relaxing.

I have lived here for 14 years so that should speak for itself. Awesome community to live at! My only negative is the $15 package deliveries fee that we have to pay for but never use. They really need to remove it or allow residents to opt in or out of it.

Great quiet community with no issues for the most part.Management quick to fix any issues and maintenance requests are handled swiftly.Probably one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever lived in whole 40 years of life.

I love this community! It is hidden away, which makes it feel secure - and it's right next to the Brushy Creek green space which means it's quiet and we get to see lots of wildlife (depending on your unit). The complex is very family-friendly and the management is easy to work with and friendly. I've lived here for about 3 years and don't see any reason to move. Local to Austin, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Round Rock all within about 15-20 minutes.

Very good Apartment but of late there has been few theft and the Apartment team has not taken any steps to fix the gate. Would be good if the Security is improved little bit.

The apartment complex is great. The fact that there are two pools and hot tubs is great. The dog park is a bit small but not a lot of people use it at one time. Only downside side is the one entrance and exit.
