Venetian at North Miami

I don't know about you, but as a woman who has a credit score of 824 and makes over 300K a year who just wanted to rent a cute apartment for a friend to stay in for 7 months, I find it really rude to be called honey, dear, sweetheart and other diminutive descriptors on the phone when trying to get information. Not cute. Not professional. Yes, I realize renting a property is not like buying a gallon of milk at Publix. I just wanted some basic info such as availability and square footage. Do I really need to reschedule a morning of surgery to drive to the sales office for that? really?

I have been and seen other buildings in the area and i must say that the the apartment is very well maintained. The management staff is superb, the cleaning staff is always doing its best to keep the building spotless and the front desk personnel is very respectful and courteous. I am very glad !

I have been living here for over a year now, the management are the BEST, the staff are always friendly & helpful! The grounds are always immaculate, the gym and pool area clean and the building always smells great! Really impressed !!

Not very helpful on the phone, seemed bothered I called.

That is a catch, the units that they are showing is not the one that appear on the web site, actually i think that is illegal, this company selling false adverting.

Don't waist your time, I drove to the address and the street doesn't even get that far in numeration, the las building in this street is 2700. I'm surprised NO realty sites have checked this out... Whats the point of listing a property that doesn't exist is you ask..... I don't know! The picture of the building they have is a property up the street at 2414 called The Point and its now a different color. This is ridiculous! Negative star rating

It is a great design of community area. Location it is excellent. Parking not to acceptable for visitors. I will love to live in this community. I am a resident of a near by area and without any doubt will make of this community my residence.

I went in for a showing for this apartment. The staff at renters paradise is horrible the lady I spoke to Gigi circles around every question I asked couldn't give a straight answer about the apartment. I was told there was nothing available and there was a waiting list for the apartment when I asked if I could be put on the waiting list she told me it was full. Really? It's full, so why have it online and waist peoples time?

Everybody is saying the same thing no answers no replies . I even called one number and the guy was helping me then said I have to call u back and just hung up didn't ask for a call back number or anything. This property is a joke. After that I don't even want to move in.

I have called three different numbers to ask questions about the property to no avail. All I want to do is ask how much the fees are and deposit for pets, and I keep getting told to call back one month prior to moving. I live out of state and am simply trying to compare prices. These apartments are off my list.
