Dear future residents, If you decide to move to Urban Crest, please ensure you purchase the following items: AC unit Dishwasher Dryer and washer Stove Fridge Additionally, keep City Lake Jackson's number on hand and have them on standby for delivery. Unfortunately, after you move in, it's likely that one of the above items will stop working. The beautiful part? You'll likely go through hell before getting it fixed. If this happens, consider yourself lucky if it's resolved within 10 days. You might even want to throw a party to celebrate! If you're currently happy in your life and wish to make it miserable, just move to Urban Crest.

The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

The issue continues to be lack of communication & honesty from the leasing office/team and ammenities. Building 2 pool has been closed almost the entire summer. Elevators are down and gates are constantly broken. The gated community and our own building pool was one of the main reaons to choose Urban Crest and it has just not upheld its image and the appeal.

The staff is always super friendly and attentive of issues. A few weeks ago when they were hosting root beer floats for the residents, Jerrica saw me stop and the mail room and made sure to come remind me to get a float for my son and myself. She chatted with both of us and asked my son if he was ready to attend kindergarten this year. It warmed my heart that she included him and all the office ladies always do when we stop in.

Urban Crest Lake Jackson is OUR home. When we drove onto the property in 2019 we knew we were home. On trips out of town we are always happy to go home. The office staff is exceptional. I love to be able to drop in to the office and say hi and be called by name. We moved here after selling our home of 30years. It was an adjustment but we have no regrets.

don’t live here… we moved in may 2021, roaches since august 2021. Office staff and maintenance have no clue what they are doing.. my daughter has been sick on and off since august 2021. Now they want to evict me. PLEASE STAY AWAY, horrible place

Urban crest This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in, 25$ extra for trash being taken out of the apartment, you get charged 25$ extra if your trash doesn’t get taken because the trash person isn’t doing there job correctly and keeping up with the schedule, you also get charged 25$ if you leave your trash out too long/if your gone that night and your trash is outside. They charge you money for bug exterminator if you want it or not, there are little holes everywhere near the ground so you will get bugs, and roaches..The hallways are so disgusting there is mud everywhere, and it took them 6 MONTHS to change a lightbulb in the outer hall so you could actually see while going down the stairs. There is no room for a dining area, and if you do have one. Well, it’s I front of the master bedroom like directly. They don’t change the filter even if you ask them to, they will ignore you. And if you ever call or ask or need assistance, they will take more than 2 weeks to help you. Since they don’t change the filter you always feel like you have dust scratching the back of your throat. And you will need to clean your house constantly so that dust does not build up. There are loud drinkers who put loud music in The PARKING LOT WHEN YOUR KIDS OR YOURSELF ARE TRYING TO SLEEP! There is dog poo everywhere even though they have there own place for there business but the office people don’t care what so ever. There are drink spills all over the parking lot. We never had any problems anywhere else. It’s just so disgusting.
I lived here summer 2019 and it was great. Apartments are clean and updated. Outdoors amenities were well kept. Parking was good and the people living here are very relaxed and friendly. No complaints.
Overpriced and they charge you for everything they can. Maintenance is not very reliable, have had a leak and water damage on my ceiling for months now. I am pregnant, mold concerns. They do not empty dog waste bins enough. Not helpful. Good location.
I’ve been living here since July and absolutely love my little apartment! It’s just me and my dog and perfect for us. Any issues I’ve had at all have been immediately handled by the staff. As a disabled person in a wheelchair they are helpful with getting big boxes to the dumpster for me and making sure my large packages make it inside. Seriously the staff is the best! The coffee/hot cocoa and game room amenities are amazing when my best friends kid stays over! Friendly neighbors. And quite frankly I’m happily humbled none of my many amazon prime packages have gone missing from my door step. Im in the smallest apartment and was so worried about space but the storage is awesome and all my stuff fits perfectly fine! I even had to update my tiny table! As a home owner I never said I would be back in an apartment but I’m thrilled with how happy I am with this recent move. And it’s oerfectly affordable for me as a single teacher! Ohh, and the pool was nice this summer too!
The price seems high but make sure to ask for specials because the price we got was way lower than what it showed on here. We almost didn't go because of the price but we were driving right past it and decided to stop in to see what made it so expensive and we ended up taking it! The location is really nice because it's near many shops like Walmart and home depot and stuff. Also, this is really rare in apartment complexes but they actually have elevators! Almost no apartment complexes have elevators these days.
