I would 1000% recommend Avana on Main. There are a wide number of stores around the area, the staff is excellent and the rates are amazing. As a college student, I take the Marta, so avana is perfect as the train station is less than a minute away.

Avana is located in a nice area, close to a lot of essential stores like Target, Kroger, Best Buy, Home Depot and a couple food places as well and transportation is easily accessible. I do love the security of the building and parking lot as well. Key fob system to enter the building and the car park and security walks the halls at night. It’s been pretty pleasant overall.

Es un condominio en el cual se puede vivir bien y la atención es buena, pero como indico hay algunas cosas con respecto a las mascotas que sus dueños no están realizando de forma correcta , y Avana on main debería poner reglas con respecto a eso, y así evitar que este tan sucio los pasadizos..Por lo demás no hemos tenido otro problema.

Avana on Main location is awesome . It just needs some amenities for the location . There are restaurants and stores nearby so that is a plus .

Extremely average . Apartments are not good for the price , lack very basic things like microwave , ceiling fans , or even lights. Others nearby provide the same with a better price and amenities . Avana was my last option thus I came here otherwise I wouldn't , rather prefer being a homeless than living in Avana Poor communication , just middlemen everywhere.

This is a horrible place to stay with the worst management by Greystar. There are multiple apartments better in the same area.

The location is perfect but the actual apartments themselves are not updated, half of the appliances don’t work, there are scratches and paint on the floors. There is also a terrible rat problem not only throughout my apartment, but the entire hallway, which i’ve discussed with my neighbors.

Rats, Roaches everywhere. Fithy apartments. Save yourself from these apartments. Pathetic management, they are lazy and will eat all your security deposit. I took pictures in my move-in inspection and uploaded in their system. During our move-out they deducted charges for all those damages which were already present in the apartment and reported in move in inspection.

The convenience of the location of Avana on Main apartments is great. It's close ot various departments store both walking distance and driving. However, if you are looking for factors to make the decision to move in, I would highily recommend that you make an in-person visit of the apartments that you are interested in and make sure to have a list of extensive list of questions of the leasing process, amenities and community living.

I like how convenient the community is to everything! I feel safe in my home. I just would love to have a gym instead of paying $40 a month for la fitness

I’ve moved here 2 months ago. I dont know where to start with my experience living here so far. First of all once we moved here we noticed the manifestation of Cockroaches. They are everywhere it’s insane. The pets control came 3 times and it seems like they cannot do anything. Another thing is that they came to fix my shower and sink and now its even worst that it used to be. The AC stoped working and it’s been a weeks since I requested for them to come and fix it. We had to go stay elswhere bc we cannot be in the apartment in this heat with no AC. My bath tub is clogged. It’s just been the worst experience so far and I still have 10 month to live here! I hope they’ll get better. All the things I mentioned above are the essentials a resident needs to live and they seem to not do anything about it.

Was not able to personally see the community before moving in as I moved from out of state. Staff and management company (complex website) lied about the pool being available, as the building the pool is in burned down. There was no way for me to know that before moving in, and who would ask if the pool was actually available if it is advertised on the website as having a pool with a nice picture of the pool? I was fine with paying more to live in this community because of the amenities, however all of those amenities are in the building that burned down and that building is not expected to be rebuilt until Spring/Summer of 2023, well after my lease ends. So I'm paying for amenities that don't exist and I will never actually have the opportunity to enjoy.

Avana on Main is a great building and location. My move in experience was great and special thanks to the Manager and Leasing staffs, their performance are top-notch and I appreciate. Tamika is such a kindhearted woman, my experience with her was awesome. The building is neat and clean. I moved to a clean ready apartment and everything was in order. I recommend this apartment.

My flatmate and I moved in this summer, and so far there has been nothing but issues (not even with respect to the fire). Sometimes it takes well over a week for maintenance to come, my apartment has mice, and I've spoken to multiple people who told me pest control would come, but no one has come. I've lost packages that say "delivered." And the Conservice Utility service glitches, which causes late fees to incur due to inadequate communication from the leasing staff. My emails are not answered most of the time, and when I call if there's a poor connection people in the past have just hung up on me.

There are few issues: 1. My package was stolen a few months ago and the office staff couldnt be bothered to solve the issue for me or even reach out to me to follow up on this. 2. I complained the constant on going party across the street from me but the office dismissed it and said I was the only person who had this issue when I saw a lot of people also complained about it on Nextdoor app. 3. I logged in a maintenance ticket a few days ago but it was closed two days later without any service or communication about the ticket. Ive sent follow up messages to the office but like they always do, they ignore my messages and hope it would go away.

Lindbergh is such an amazing place to live. Restaurants, Kroger and Marta are super close by. Just minutes walking distance. The staff here is incredibly sweet and accommodating. People are friendly, pets are happy. Do be prepared for noisey summers if you have an apartment near the pool. The windows are big and beautiful but they let in a considerable amount of noise!

Since this management company took over, my living experience in the community has gone down drastically. First they more than double additional fees I need to pay on top of the rent and they stopped the bi weekly cleaning onsite cleaning crew. Now the hallways are filthy and I am paying a lot more to live here. The management team is not responsive and cant even answer basic questions.
