I am pretty new to the Dallas area so we had used a couple apartment finders to help us locate an apartment. Our main concerns were safety and handicapped friendly. I have had a ton of medical issues so we knew we would need a 1st floor or elevator access and hopefully in a garage. I didn’t really have high hopes because other properties we looked at were a bust but this one really had everything we needed. The leasing agent at the time was extremely friendly and helped us with all of our questions. We needed to wait a couple months before we leased but the management team was very understanding. Now we have been living at the property for almost a year and I absolutely love it. Everyone is extremely friendly and it makes for such a pleasant place to live.

I honestly would say they are the best !!! I have been living here for a year and half and I just signed a Second lease. There great any time you come down to visit there great they take time to answer your questions if you have any problem they will work will you . If they know that you are going threw things they will do there best and go above and beyond for their clients here . If you have any maintenance problem they answer fast they don’t want 3 or 4 days to solve the issue. Even when I got lock out of my apartment it took them not even 30 mins to fit the issue. I really wanna say thank you for all that you guy’s do I really appreciate it . Thank you for making it great here and alley is the best !!!????

I am not a needy resident. This place is great I have been here 5 months, and no matter how big or small my request has been, it was done in a timely manner. To have so many dogs on the property, the halls do not smell mopped every morning mon-fri.

Staff is not good at communicating respectively with guests/tennants. All positive reviews reflect previous owners and on property management, not Jackie and Britney. Property has little to no insulation between apartments and outside noise levels can be high.

I have lived here for about 6 months now and am continually impressed by the staff. They are always so friendly, and Javier went above and beyond to help me out when I needed assistance on a Sunday morning. All around great place - it’s very nice to be close to Cole Park, and the building is well maintained!

Since I've moved to uptown at cole park I have constantly been impressed. Not only is the property always put together the staff is absolutely amazing. Anytime I have a maintenance issue it's taken care of immediately. Ryan the manager is always on top of it and is always so caring and helpful. He is truly genuine and takes his job seriously. We recently wanted to upgrade and get more space so we switched units and he worked so hard to make sure it happened and helped our move go so smoothly. Seriously love this apartment complex. And the staff only makes it better.

I lived in two apartments at Uptown @ Cole Park over the course of three years and loved my time here. The apartments are well maintained, the office staff is super helpful and friendly and maintenance responds to issues quickly and efficiently. The apartments are well constructed so they are really quiet, even with some of the apartments backing up to HWY 75. I never had any issues with break-ins or security, but with any city apartment, it's always best to be cautious and careful and the team here is doing everything they can to keep it a safe complex.

UNSAFE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Most recent vehicle break-ins (at least 4 vehicles) on 9.19.18. Since May 2018, at least two rounds of apartment break-ins and one additional round of vehicle break-ins. I wish someone had warned me of the level of crime specific to this complex before I moved in. The leasing office will tell you that this level of crime happens elsewhere or that "crime has no address." In reality, our complex is an easy target for criminals, due to the lack of security. I can only assume the management company for the complex does not want to spend money on security measures. Otherwise, something would have been done after the first or second round of break-ins.

Since May we have installed 4 additional cameras at entrance points around the community and continue to look for any and all viable options for our community.
