People living in the apartment not giving exact count of the people living in. Unlike the other apartments child also included in the water allocation. Leasing manager is not monitoring it clearly and people who are loyal ended up paying more.
only 6 months lease, very worst maintenance, allocated waterbill and garbage goes on an average 175+ for 3 person
